Breakfast was excellent with options for all. Not ur typical ‘continental breakfast’. Even had a waffles!

Access road suddenly turns into a series of unexpected potholes Breakfast was absolutely disappointing, cold sry and wrinkled eggs, cheese slices that didn’t taste fresh at all, and hardly anything worth eating. We left hungry and disappointed, almost took a bite and spat out the food it was not chewable. Nothing compared to the basic breakfast at comparable budget short stay hotels. Would be better if you could provide some lotions in room toiletries

Check in was more challenging than it needed to be. Although we had confirmation for our stay the hotel did not have a record of our reservation.

We loved the facilities in the room, how clean everything was and the staff were so so nice and very professional. We used the pool which was fab and the breakfast was decent. Beds were comfy, great shower, liked how we could control the temperature in the room easily, and that there was a great table to play cards on with our friends. The price was amazing!

Nit picking a bit but the breakfast potatoes weren't very good. We had only three pillows on our bed, we probably could have called down to reception for another but we felt it was a bit late to do that! Otherwise, everything was great.

I really appreciated the way the front desk was able to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms. It was clean, close to Arrowhead Provincial Park. The breakfast was good with a great selection. I liked the kitchenette in the rooms, pool, etc.

I really liked the idea of fresh coffee and hot water for tea 24/7. And free apples in the front desk. Breakfast was a typical , free one. Would add some granola (you can mixed them with yogurt). Really liked the breakfast serving area. I like the fridge, microwave and set of dishes in each room, but I would not call it kitchenette as there is not even 1 electric burner. It was also hard to warm up the soup in microwave (no proper container) and serve it (no ladle) Location of the hotel is perfect if going skating to Arrowhead Provincial Park ( 7 min) or skiing at Hidden Valley ( 10 min)

For breakfast- not too many choices for healthy breakfast:( I found stud earing at the bottom of the pool- hurt my foot. lots of hair in the pool. I would prefer check out at 11am , 10 am with breakfast is too early.

A beautiful home away from home, It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

Bed was in poor shape and needs to be replaced.For fairly new hotel the bed in the room seems like it was something from the 80's. Breakfast was so so, Hotel is right beside another fast food outlet, and breakfast was better there then in the hotel.

The upscale and modern ambiance, coupled with spacious accommodations featuring two queen beds and a sofa bed, created a welcoming and special atmosphere. The staff's friendliness enhanced the overall experience. However, addressing the beds' comfort would further elevate the stay. Despite this, all other aspects were excellent.

.The beds were disappointingly soft and saggy; introducing new, firmer beds would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience.

A horrible experience with the staff.They are very disrespectful and racist and need to know how to behave with their customers, as well as with staff who are treated horribly... if they are not of a certain race.Hard to believe this kind of behavior in this age at a hotel that carries the Hilton brand name totally unacceptable. Not only was my family treated badly by this racist bunch they also misbehaved with other customers. I will have to escalate this issue...my request to Booking.com don't entertain this hotel....there are many hotels in Huntsville that I have stayed at, all booked by your company...this was the worst experience...I went there for a holiday and did not need to pay to be mistreated by their staff......such a big hotel neat and clean please go there if you like the rooms but want to be mistreated by the staff....especially the lady who looks after the breakfast...she will misbehave 100% guarantee that will happen,which seems to be a common complaint at this location....When we escalated the issue to the general manager....instead of coaching and looking into the issue she got confrontational with us...issues started at checking in itself when the rates between Booking.com and their hotel system did not match....I was showing the rates I had vs what they were charging...was told by one of their untrained staff...stop showing them my phone....guess he had x ray vison and could see through my phone as regards the issue...all in all...nice place....have a couple of good ppl but the rest......top down they should not be in the hospitality industry....I would never want to go back....there are a lots if options around where you are treated well and you look forward to going back...but never again to this location even if they pay me ......

Maybe due to short staff, I requested three times for an extra blanket, every time the front desk said they will bring one for me but no one did.

The custodian was super friendly. The building is beautiful, parking area well lit. The rooms were quite nice but they need more lights, it's very dark. Washrooms were very nice, good supply of towels and clean. The fridge in our room didn't close properly due to the cabinet, wasn't a problem but if you weren't paying attention you may not close it and leave the room.

The breakfast was far less than other motels we have stayed at. You were out of some selections that morning as well. Maybe just supply issues that day, that seems to be an issue for many businesses currently. Coffee was awesome! It was very clean. The staff working that morning seemed as if they didn't like their job, maybe just an off day (I don't like my job everyday either). I wasn't affected it but I could hear them talking to others in a fairly bossy way. Guests don't work there it's not their responsibility to know how you like your buffet to work. I would not appreciate being talked to in that manner. But maybe just an off day, we all have them.

Time for breakfast from 6-9am not convenient, especially for long weekend booking, creating too much chaos, since all the visitors came in just before 9am , long wait time in line, not enough warm food or coffee more waiting for refills…Never seen such a chaos and we are frequent travellers. Breakfast time needs to be extended!

Brand new hotel with generously sized and well designed rooms/suites. Probably the first time a hotel looks better in real than on pictures. Breakfast selection is what you can expect in big hotel chains, but it was nicely presented and there was enough of everything. Location is convenient for travels. Overall a very positive and comfortable experience. Wouldn‘t hesitate to book it again.

Not a fan of the sheets/blanket, it‘s far too fussy, would prefer a simple duvet. Pillow is not exactly high quality either, but maybe it‘s washable so that‘s good.
