מיקום נח קרוב לאזורים מרכזיים, 5 דקות ממחנה יהודה,יש סופר ממש צמוד לדירה, יש תחבורה ציבורית הצוות בדלפק נחמדים ועזרו לנו ותודה ליוסי על הסבלנות והתחשבות ושענה על כל בקשתינו. אין ספק שנחזור לשם שוב. 🙂

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms. Excellent location within West Jerusalem's shopping district.

There was noone to help us call a cab so we had to carry out suitcases down a few blocks looking for a cab.

המיקום היה חדיש, נקי, יפה ונח היה בו כל מה שהיינו צריכים. היינו לילה אחד ולא היה חסר כלום, המאחרים היו זמינים וכייונו אותנו למקום בצורה מדויקת מאוד עם הרבה סבלנות.

Location is good. Surrounded by cafes and shops. Very close to tram.

The bathroom had a mouldy smell. We booked for my wife and kids, but when we arrived the sofa wasn't made up. We needed to call them to come and prepare it. The air conditioning stopped working and started pumping out hot air on Saturday morning. I informed them at 8.15am. They organised a technician on Sunday morning after 10am. Thankfully they fixed it. The staff were very courteous throughout, but the apartment still didn't meet our expectations for the money we paid.

Easy walkable location.

Lots of confusion to check-in. The unit reserved & promised was still occupied when we got there! Manager had to find another unit at 11pm. There's extensive construction in the area. Finding the entrance to the parking lot around detours was very frustrating. There's also a lot of construction noise beginning at 7:00am. Pillows were sub-par. Suggest clarifying parking fee before arriving; it's not clear on the website that there is an extra charge.

The host was a nice guy, very accommodating and great location close to food, shopping, money exchange, market, mobile store and etc. Also the balcony was very spacious.
