Staff brilliant from reception , Manager at breakfast, barmen, everyone was great- polite and friendly.
Room was basic but had everything to make our stay comfortable.

İngiltere ye göre kahvaltı iyiydi. Vegan seçenekler artırılmalı (Zeytin kuruyemiş vs ) Personel çok iyiydi.
Biz 9 gece kaldık, pek süpürülmedi sanırım yerler çok tozluydu. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi.
Turistler için gezi programları vs. yoktu.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was plentiful . I chose this hotel as we were travelling as a family and it offered rooms with a small kitchen . Excellent value

The location is ideal, accessible to two underground train stations, bus stops at a 1 minute walk and TESCO store at a 2 minute walk for anything you need.
The breakfast served was not that great for a 4* hotel. It lacked variety and also Halal options. Catering to multi culture guests, they should account for this.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy. The showerhead, very strong. I loved that there was a little kitchenette and a little living room, so I didn't feel like I was trapped in the same room. I could separate business and sleep.
There is very little storage/closet space. Since I was staying for several days, I like to unpack everything and I found it difficult to properly organize/hang up my business clothes. A few more drawers would have been nice.

It was a fabulous stay. We chose the Hotel for the convenience of having an extended room, an equipped kitchen and large spaces for a family stay. The experience went far beyond expectations and i’d like to positively mention the front desk staff which from our arrival to departure showed extreme kindness, friendliness and professionalism. As for the catering, nothing to say about the abundant and varied breakfast for all palates. Nice drinks from the cocktail bar which offers a relaxing and chilling atmosphere. The location is good for easily reaching the city's iconic attractions by metro or bus as well as the attractions slightly further away from downtown. Special thanks to Orkhed and Theo for the courtesy and attention shown during our stay.

the breakfast choices could've been better. maybe some pancakes or waffles and some other protein options for people who can't eat pork.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación en zona tranquila, a 7 min andando de parada de metro, el camino es agradable además.
El bufete desayuno es adecuado, y lo mejor ha sido el manager Roberto, que nos ayudó en todo momento para todas la dudas que teníamos, se portó fenomenal y muy servicial. Es agradable encontrar en los viajes personal de esa calidez.
Las habitaciones cuentan con saloncito con pequeña cocina y dormitorio aparte, por lo que te da la oportunidad de poder cenar en la misma habitación. Justo al lado del hotel hay un supermercado Tesco.
El saloncito tenía un ventanal muy agradable con vistas a la ciudad.
En resumen es totalmente recomendable con niños y sin niños.
No hay nada que no me gustase, por decir algo, que la habitación tuviese un soporte para abrir las maletas.

Room size was ideal for family but the double bed room was a bit narrow to get on bed.
Breakfast buffet was fabulous.
The toilet button was difficult to press.
Shower water was not strong enough as I lived on 9th floor.
TV internet was crap, connection problems and cannot search any programs especially in living area one.

everything was very nice; staff is very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great, location is perfect for tube and TpL in general.
i booked a room for 3 guests, specifying we needed a sofa bed; however, the sofa bed was very comfortable but still enjoyable, we had a good sleep !

Room was ok, although smaller than what I had expected. A bit old fashioned furnishings; chairs were too big for the room size and heavy to move. No closet for clothes, just some hooks on the wall. Bathroom also small but nice, recently re-done I expect. Staff was very nice and friendly. Good breakfast, although the room was very busy and noisy no matter at what time we showed up. Big Tesco supermarket very conveniently around the corner.

The staff were really friendly
No restaurant to eat in the evening had to Uber in food. Tv in lounge of room kept crashing/going off. Coffee machine not cleaned properly, bathroom needed a good clean/inspecting as dirty round f corners of floor. Very disappointing for money paid!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, could not fault the accommodation. The only complaint I had was that there was a really loud vibration sound that sounding like pipes vibrating each time the room above flushed their toilet.
Everywhere was very clean, all the staff were really friendly.

The location is great but that’s where it ends. You have the option of using a free laundry but the machines don’t wash particularly well and dryers take forever!
The rooms are tiny. The first room we couldn’t even fit our luggage inside ( and we travel lightly).
Eventually we moved 3 times to find a room that we fit in with 4 suitcases ( and we booked a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4).
It’s very tired and in need of a good clean. No tea towels in the kitchen and they didn’t replace dishwasher tablets…. Breakfast is very ho-hum. For the money we paid… it’s disappointing.

Overall ambience and staff was good.
ELEVATOR or LIFTs. They were very slow and sometimes functionaing not well. Doors were reluctant to close, and sometimes close and open for no reason. Also, there were no button for closing the door inside elevator. You should do somthing about it.
Also, pillows are very bad. Very very bad. It was so soft, barely keeping my head. I would suggest you to include even if low cost but orthopedic pillows. May be a bit costly but would add value for customers.

The actual room is ok but the hotel has very little else that is appealing. If you are expecting to arrive early and need a place to freshen up before your room is ready do not book this hotel. It is ok for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast is standard.
Staff seems very confused at all times. Any request I made for my room in advance was not completed.

We stayed for two nights whilst visiting the Chelsea Flower Show and the location was good, in a nice area. The one bedroom apartment was good for 3 people with the pull-out bed in the living area. Although we did t really use it, the room had a kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was comprehensive.
No door between the bedroom and the living area. Also the shower gel had run out and was not replaced while we were there.

Great location, only a short walk from the tube station. Great choice of breakfast, hot and cold counters to choose from with multiple drink options.
Only stayed for one night so there was nothing not to like.
