Nice rooms - very helpful staff

Nothing

Check in and out staff were great. The hotel was good and the room was clean.

Room 1212 had a repetitive loud noise all night. Like a tap running followed by a loud bang every 4/5 minutes. The room wasn't ready at 2.30 fine, it's a 3 pm check in. Had an expensive drink to wait (the waitress was as grumpy as the check in staff were lovely) at 3 the room still wasn't ready and we were asked to come back in 15. However when I pressed they did find us a room. The room had no fresh towels. In the morning cup of tea but there was only one t bag. These are small things but still important. But overall I would come back.

Great location to tube and empress theatre. Great parking

Asked for a quiet room, was put in one directly by lift. They did move us on request, it was near utility lift, but that was quiet, but could hear air conditioning fans outside
