The hotel is in an excellent location. We arrived very late in the night but the staff were very supportive and sorted out the room very quickly. The family room was very compact but comfortable for a family of 4. Overall a great stay. The location is a walking distance from almost everything you would need to experience Baku Old city. Recommended for family stay.

No hotel parking, however there is a paid parking structure near by. The room was a little noisy as it's right on the main road. Traffic noise is a problem.

The hotel is in prime location. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions in Baku. I booked a duplex setup, it was small but comfortable room with big balcony. Breakfast was great with special jams and cheese which I tasted first time. Reception staff were good at catering our requests, they were kind enough to check on us as we reached late to the property. Especially Mr. Tahir. Hotel has restaurant, spa,massage and juice bar within. It was comfortable stay at passage hotel. I recommend it for solo and family travellers.

Property doesn't have parking facility. Had to park our car in a public parking with daily fee. Property doesn't accept cards- debit or credit. Guests have to pay by cash.( ***Note- every property and few restuarants in Azerbhaijan wants cash alone. Carry cash with you. Atm withdrawal charges are high too!!! )

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel around Fountain Square during my visit to Baku, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Located right in the heart of Fountain Square, this hotel offers convenience, luxury, and impeccable service that exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel immediately welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and I was swiftly escorted to my room. The room itself was tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities provided.

It was an excellent experience hotel is so clean and comfortable, staff are very welcoming and friendly, you feel like you are sitting in your home, location is great very close to Fountain Square, rooms are very clean staff are very helpful and flexible highly recommended

The location was perfect. All the tourist spots and restaurants were easily walkable. Though it's in a central area, the hotel was actually in a quiet street. The staff was amazing!! Our flight arrived quite late, but they made everything smooth for us, from airport transfer to checking in. They were also great people to talk to in general and we enjoyed our conversations with them
