The property was situated close to the old part of Cusco. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. The room was perfect for our family

The water got shut off while having a shower at 3 am.

les chambres quoique pour certaines sans fenêtres directes pour certaines sont grandes et confortables, l 'entretien du lieu est très bon. L'emplacement est bien .

La publicité est mensongère, il n' y a pas de spa dans cet hôtel , ce qui était un des critères de choix, aucun geste commercial. le transfert gratuit promis a purement et simplement oublié nous avons attendu une heure un taxi. a part un simple mail d'excuse, rien. établissement pas du tout au niveau concernant les services, passez votre chemin.

The only thing I have enjoyed here during my stay, is how warm was the room and the hot water bottles brought every day to the room, along with coca tea. Besides this, I had just bad experiences, starting with the airport pickup when the car got out of fuel. Out of fuel, yes, I am not joking. In fact, somebody had to push the car in order to get to the gas station so we can eventually arrive at the hotel. Every night there is a local live singer, from 18:00-20:30, which is very loud. If you are a fan of this, good for you, but when you have to wake up at 04:00 to go to a planned trip and you can’t sleep because of the noise, it is pretty annoying. The towels are very old, I think they were once white, but not so sure by their colour now. When they clean the room, they don’t vacuum or mop the floor, which is unacceptable from my point of view. The breakfast is meh, i read in one review that they have amazing breakfast so I had higher expectations, but I was actually disappointed. The staff can use some improvements, they are kinda moody which doesn’t work in hospitality. Oh, and another matter, I wanted to extend my stay, but they told me they don’t have anything available. Surprise, while looking for another hotel, found an availability in this hotel… so decide for yourself if it’s a good choice or not.

Excellent costumer service. Very proud of their job. The breakfast was amazing. The comfiest bed I have ever been.

Walls too thin, or I was in a room with that can turn into a suite and I could hear the convos of the other residents next to me.

Nos encantó kiki, las instalaciones, el desayuno es una delicia sobretodo los pancakes y waffles, las habitaciones cómodas, y es un lugar que emana paz y tranquilidad, full recomendado, y la ubicación excelente!

What's not to like about this hotel, this was one of our favorite stays during our 14 day trip. The property is beautiful, the live music 16:30 - 18:30 each night was entertaining, the continental breakfast was amazing and the staff were all polite and helpful. The shower took a few minutes to warm up and had excellent pressure. Mosst everyting is walking distance and the ruins are just a short cab rid away. KiKi the 6mo alpaca was in a pen on the property and was fun to watch him eat and be bottle fed. We even got to ride in a taxi to the ruins with him and Veronica, his caretaker, so he could run around and play. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub as planned due to our hectic schedule.

If you're someone who goes to bed early, before 18:30, the music may keep you up.
