The hotel was great! Location is very convenient and it is easy to explore Cartagena. Our room was gorgeous with high ceiling and a double shower!
You need to be let into the property by the staff. This was not an issue but it did lead to standing outside a bit, waiting for people to come and let you in.

The room was beautifull, very clean, plenty of space, excellent bed and bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff is kind and helpfull. The hotel is located near everything at walking distances.
Our room was facing the street and was noisy until midnight. Lighting inside was not enough. There was a nice couch but no lights for reading. The A/C was not enough for the room.

great location to explore the city and close to the pier for a boat trip to one of the islands. the hotel itself has beautiful interior and the rooms are cozy and clean! what makes the stay really worth it are the very friendly, helpful and attentive staff!
it gets loud at night due to the location - but free earplugs are provided in the rooms :)
