The best part of experience at this place was interacting with staff/owners. It’s a family kind of business, and the owners are happy to go an extra mile to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

In our room there was no door between the toilet and the sleeping room, which was weird, to say the least.

location is perfect, walking distance to 翡翠谷, 10mins driving to Huang Shan. Exceptional customer service. Food is clean and tasty, and this accomodation also offers Chinese tea. top floor room also has epic forest views!!!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant to communicate, took care of all of our tickets for the sites around and arrange transport to and from them, as well! I warmly recommend this hotel, wonderful service!

That is not directly the hostages` fault, but there were very noisy guests early morning (before 7.00 am) and late evening (until 11.00 pm), bouncing doors, shouting around, showing absolutely no respect that other guests want to sleep. As the rooms are not well soundproofed and the electronic door locks make a sound every time they are opened and in case they are not completely closed, it gets quite annoying.

1. The interior was beautiful! Felt authentic to Chinese culture, simple, modern and definitely relaxing. 2. The host offered us snacks, biscuits and was EXTREMELY generous with sharing her tea knowledge and poured us some to taste which was such an incredibly warm experience. 3. The emerald pool was just walking distance from the hotel and quiet neighborhood

Everything was in order. We loved our stay and wished we stayed longer!
