kids pool was filthy so much so enough to put you off letting your kids go in.

The property is very outdated. You can see that they haven’t kept the resort in good optimal condition lately and it’s very noticeable. Many of the pool facilities need better care. The fitness center was way below expectations.

Breakfast was nice, location is beautiful! Many activities including group clinics. We spent a lot of time in the pools and it was great!

Outdated buildings. The place is great. Needs some renovations and TLC. We missed the second restaurant as a more adult private option. Other then that it was fun!

The food tastes good. The pools and resort are relaxing overall. Family-friendly with space for babies and toddlers. The ambiance and music at night are fun.

We have been to this property countless times in the past 5 years, and this is the second one under the new management. Honestly, the resort is still the same thing, although there have been comments about renovations, but nothing yet. The food tastes good, but it lacks variety as it had before. Some of the bad experiences we had for the first time: - Dinner is open until 9 pm. We went around 8 pm and they were lacking food! Clearly, some of it ended and they did not bring more. - The common areas were not very clean. There was not enough attention to it. - We were told that we could only do 1 order per person at the lime bar. Supposedly this is an all-inclusive resort, but it feels more like a full board experience.

We really enjoyed relaxing here. There are several pools, kids club. A good choice of water activities. It is a pity that there was no opportunity to rent jetski and flyboard. Special thanks for the delicious food. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would like to thank the staff of the spa center. The massage was excellent. The Master knew exactly what she was doing. If we had been longer, we would definitely have gone again.

The air conditioning in room B138 was not working well. When we arrived, we found that the pillowcases in the room that had been prepared for us were dirty. It wasn't pleasant.

This was a great weekend getaway for the price. The buildings are older but everything was clean. The staff was super friendly, and the food was great! Buffet option only but there’s tons to choose from. We loved the open bar and the cabanas by the pool. For all inclusive at the price point, we definitely felt we got a great deal! We also loved the dancing and DJ on Friday and Saturday night.

The only nice thing about this resort is the location. The small beach made us get through the stay.

Resort facilities and rooms are outdated/run down requiring maintenance on the inside and outside. Everything smells mold. Our room had a cableTV that did not work. We wanted to call the reception, but to our surprise the phone in the room also did not work. The room is not well cleaned and our room was "cleaned" late in the afternoon. After a few days and complaints, they started "cleaning" it earlier in the day. Food was bad with few options. There was only one restaurant and everything was always very dirty (silverware, tables, etc). Our impression is that they are understaffed and the staff currently working is unhappy and overwhelmed resulting in an awful costumer experience. For example, one night we had to clean our table to have dinner and struggled to find clean silverware. Asked for it to 2 different staff and got rude responses. I ended up going to the kitchen area and asked a third person that was able to help. The kid's club is nothing like advertised and we did not felt comfortable leaving our children there. Our impressions were confirmed when we saw the kid's club outdoor activities near the mini-golf. The small shop inside the resort has a non-refund policy that we were not aware. Tried to return clothes that did not fit and they refused to accept it. On the check out, we were sharing our experience and contesting the shop charges of the clothing item we had returned. The hotel manager asked us "If you had such a bad experienced, why did you stayed all days you were booked?" The entire stay was non-refundable and paid in advance through Booking.com. The manager said they could have refunded our stay because of our bad experience. Based on our experience and interactions with staff, it looks like the resort is struggling. Hence, I doubt that they would refund our stay if we left early. We would gladly leave and find a better place to spend the spring break with our kids.

1.The infinity pool with the great view, even though it wasn't heated. We enjoyed the adjacent bar too. 2. Golf right at the resort. 3. The room with the Big TV. 4. The pastries and desserts! 😃 5. The variety of tropical drinks. 6. Resort was very clean.

1. The rooms were a little outdated. 2. We had tiny ants on the bathroom sinks. ☹😳 3. Same food every evening at the buffet. 4. NO Gelato or ice cream!! ☹ 5. It was hard to enjoy/listen to TV when kids were screaming while playing game tables (air hockey?).

nothing really. place has gone down hill tremendously. quality and availability of food. choice of food. had lunch friday. ran out of food choices. turkey dogs, raw hamburgers, dried chicken breast. dried out fish. veggies and the rice were ok. left the property to eat else where for dinner on friday & saturday nite.

All of the meals were great. No complaints.

I know the property is scheduled for updates and renovations which are very much needed. It rained when we were there and there were several areas including the Marketplace dining area with leaking roofs. The rooms themselves were fine but it is very noticeable updates are needed. When the renovations are complete hopefully the price will remain the same.

The drink was terrible.They only have one heated pool. You can’t get anything to eat after 9 o’clock. The drinks are shut off around 10 or 11.

I liked everything, the people who work there are always polite, especially Gustavo, Xiomara, and others who served us at the restaurant, at the reception there is also Giovani (I think that was his name) and especially Luis who took care of us very well of my son . I loved it, everything was always clean, unfortunately I had an unforeseen problem with the account due to Booking.com giving me the wrong error and I hope it will be resolved soon, as it caused me a lot of embarrassment and a headache.
