Room was comfortable, pool was fun with the kids. Walkable to DS. Would book here again.

Good location in relation to Disney Springs. Rooms in the tower are good size and are comfortable. We were in the wings before and didn’t like the rooms that much. Good value for the location.

The first thing that hits you is valet telling you to move car when checking in. The second thing is the smell in the lobby, it is clean just an over powering smell. The beds are very soft and pillows are hotel pillows. Staff members not accommodating . Don’t bother trying to check in early as they won’t even look for available room. They charge for parking

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Nice and close to Disney Springs.

Our room was as expected, comfortable and clean. Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in very early, which was a nice touch. Great location, with just a short walk to Disney Springs and free shuttle to the Disney parks. The hotel shows it's age and seems a bit rundown but is clean. Would stay here again if the price is right.

This was a last minute discission to stay in Orlando for the night. We have selected this hotel in the past making this our second time choosing this hotel. The location is perfect for walking to Disney Springs. The hotel is very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the view is worth a little extra money. The cost for parking is high at $23/day.

Arrived early, as did many others, and was told "Check In starts at 4pm and not a minute earlier". Went back and waited in line for approx 20 minutes, got to the counter at 3:58pm and was told neither my room or my co-workers rooms were ready. At this point it was 4pm. Front desk apologized and said they would call when the rooms were ready. We were not out of line for 10 seconds when my co-worker got the call that her room was ready. Had to get back in line and wait another 20+ minutes. At that point, we asked if our other room was ready and was told no. We said it's 4pm and was met with "check in STARTS at 4pm and your room isn't ready" - nor was I told a time when it would be ready - just they 'didn't know and will call when it's ready'. She did go get a manager and they went ahead and assigned a room. Upon arriving in one of the rooms, there were half drank water bottles in the fridge. We were told the rooms were inspected by a supervisor, however, it seems this was missed by multiple people. When we took this down to the front desk and brought it to their attention, we were told they would credit the room the 'resort fee'. At this point, we questioned how clean our rooms actually were. The shower heads are so low, 2 of us had to squat down and the other at 6 ft tall literally had to shower on their knees. The pool is mediocre at best, however, the male bartender was great - very friendly and efficient. We will NOT be back. Plenty of other hotels in the area.
