Room was fine. Clean & comfortable beds. Good location close to Disney Springs.

One of two elevators serving the main tower was out of service for our whole stay. (No telling how long.) No refrigerator, only a wine cooler in the room which had a broken door and rusty interior. The snack shop had moldy fruit for sale and no one seemed to notice. The staff (save for a few friendly housekeepers) was fine but friendly customer service was missing. Everyone seemed joyless which is likely a result of corporate management. What looks like a concierge desk was a timeshare sales desk where staff tried to grab you as soon as you entered the building for the 1st time (carrying luggage and obviously worn out) and then stalked you until you spoke with them. The one microwave in the whole place was guarded by this promotional sales team. The hotel was nearing some sort of renovations so everyone seemed to be biding their time until that happens.

Great location and convenient to all things Disney.

The property is severely understaffed and it shows in wait times, staff’s morale, and the cleanliness of the property. the rooms were very clean but I didn’t feel the hallways and common areas other than the lobby were ever cleaned.

Our poolside room was in a great location. Very pretty view of pool especially at night lit up. The room was comfortable.

The shower sprayed water everywhere and taking a shower was difficult to keep it from spraying on floor. The shower curtain could not help enough. The room door would not latch shut unless you SLAMMED it hard. I felt bad for our neighbors. We had a shower issue similar to this the last time we stayed here in a different room. I have stayed here several times as a cheaper option but I feel that the value of this hotel could be better. One night was $300, Every time I stay here it gets higher. Next time, I probably will choose to stay at a themed Disney resort for the same money instead.

The hot tub was not working. I would have liked to use it.

Since we traveled during weekdays, the bar outside was not open. One day that I was there at the American kitchen grill. I waited on the bartender for 20 minutes before he even asked if I needed help so I just got up and left

The pool layout with a walk in section for our toddler was nice and fun for her. The location in Disney Springs was great too.

Let me start off by saying, I travel for work and never leave a negative review like this one but I just want people to know about our experience. As I said in the title, the pictures did not do the hotel justice but in a bad way. When we first got to our room, we were underwhelmed by the overall quality of the room. The pillows are small but that’s fine. We noticed many of the outlets do not work at all. The ones by the bed did not at all so you have to plug everything in across the room. One of the outlets actually pulled out of the wall when you pulled your cord out. One of our beds had a crater in it the size of a bowling ball and we had to lay a pillow over it just so the beds was somewhat flat or else you’d roll into the crater. The fitted mattress was too small so you could see the entire side of the bed which had stains that looked like blood. We requested a pack and play which finally arrived after an hour of being there. It was the worst one I think I’ve ever seen. Basically a cardboard platform with 4 walls. We also requested another blanket and that took a long time as well. We did not have got water for at least 36 hours (maybe longer but we were at the parks so I don’t know). All I know is it’s not fun washing a toddler in a slippery ice bath essentially after a day of walking Disney. We were told there was a problem with the water heaters the technicians were working on. No hot water for the entire hotel and for that long? Come on. The shower head was a replacement and the same small plastic type in a camper so it didn’t sit straight in the original holder. You always had to be holding it. The pool has a nice layout but was dirty with bandaids and rolling dirt on the bottom. The hot tub jets were broken. The hallways smelled like marijuana. Service was slow accommodating requests. When we brought up our concerns to the front desk, they were brushed aside with no solutions or way to make it better. Expected better from a Disney Good Neighbor Resort.

The location

It was dirty. There is a cracker with cheese under the small couch in room 1115. Also the weather striping is gone from the door so there’s a large gap between the door and the floor and the bed by the window needs a new mattress because there’s a massive dip in it.

Overall, this was a very bad experience. Room facilities are not as expected, very old. Worse was the staff I encountered during my stay, the service attitude was terrible, no smile and impatient. On the last day, I misremembered the time and checked out a day early. I understood that this was my own problem, but when I checked out, the counter staff didn't remind me of this mistake. Also, the hotel did not help to solve the problem of subsequent accounts problems, which was very bad.
