breakfast is good and well served. the server is very nice. we got the family room including a bunkbed and king-size bed. They have 2 TVs, but the tv by the bunk bed is not working we reported it they just keep promising to fix it, but it never happens, so we concluded that it is not working at all. overall is fine. It is in the center of some parks in Orlando. Except for the Legoland.

the TV is broken, no cleaning for the day that we requested. the cleaning lady is rude.

Location, price and breakfast included was an added touch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Having a great friendly staff makes a difference.

The downside of this property was finding parking close to the main entrance or the pool area entrance to enter but it isn’t too bad because there’s no fee or parking permit needed.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The day in which I was supposed to check-in, they emailed me while I was on a plane, saying they had transferred my reservation to a partner hotel, Fairfield Inn Orlando Airport. It was midnight when I arrived in Orlando and after calling the Lake Buena Vista hotel, they claimed they were overbooked and had no rooms for any of the nights I had reserved months before. I then went to Fairfield Inn Orlando Airport where they were kind enough to check me in, in spite of the poorly transfer that Lake Buena Vista did. Turns out that next day I get a call from Front Desk saying that Lake Buena Vista had a room and I had to transfer. I was working remotely and explained my situation and presented evidence of the faulty communication from the Lake Buena Vista inn. If it wasn't for the kind and understanding personnel that Fairfield Inn Orlando Airport has, my stay would have been a nightmare. The crew from Fairfield Orlando Airport offered a price match and let me stay my second night there. Thanks to Gina, Krystal and all staff from the Orlando Airport Inn for providing excellent service. Can't thank them enough.

el desayuno normal, nada del otro mundo. Era lo basico! Nada de desayuno buffet. Las camas muy comodas y eso es importante para el descanso !!! La ubicacion muy bien, cerca de disney y orlando premiun outlet. Tiene una estacion de servicio a 100 metros, un lugar para comprar un chip de telefono, pizza hut, dollar tree y mas a menos de 100 metros.

No aspiraron nunca la alfombra de la habitacion y habia cosas tiradas de huespedes anteriores.

Buena ubicación para ir a los parques (a 10-15 minutos en coche desde Disney - también tienen servicio de shuttle). Desayuno bien. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Parking fácil. No olvidemos que el precio es muy competitivo, por lo que tiene lo que tiene, pero para ir a los parques y pasar el día fuera, está genial. Además del desayuno, que está incluido, en la misma zona del hotel, caminando, tienes restaurantes varios para las cenas.

La habitación tiene moqueta, para el que no le guste (no es mi ideal, pero bueno). Es un hotel, en mi opinión, sólo para dormir y visitar los parques, no ofrece mucho más (pero, de nuevo, para eso está genial - considerando que el precio es de lo más competitivo en la zona).

L'hôtel et très bien situé ! Proche des parcs Disney et Universal (compter environ 10 min de Disney et 20 min d'Universal en voiture). Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit et dispose de nombreuses places ! Nous sommes restés 8 nuits et n'avons eu aucun problème. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, très propre et la literie très confortable. Le ménage était fait chaque jour et les serviettes de toilettes étaient également changées chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner était très variés et très copieux. Le personnel était quant à lui très à l'écoute et gentil. Petit bonus, nous étions en lune de miel et avons eu la chance d'être surclassés et d'avoir de jolies attentions à notre arrivée.

Eu Não gostei que o café da manhã encerra muito cedo, às 9h e um dia a nossa familia inteira perdeu o café porque chegamos às 9h05 no restaurante. Erro gravissimo... café da manhã tem que ir até as 10h da manha pelo menos.

Location was far away from the congested airport area but convenient enough to get to for fly. Breakfast was nice. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Second stay in 2 weeks. Everything was perfect first time. This time our room was not fully updated, sound transferred from neighboring bathroom, shower didn’t drain and beds were mounted on metal bases that flexed and banged. A/C was either freezing cold or off - no in between.

O café da manhã atende, mas sempre é a mesma coisa. A localização é perfeita para quem prioriza os parques da Disney. Ótima acomodação recomendo, equipe muito atenciosa apesar de não falar português como indicava no descritivo do Hotel

Most of the front desk staff and other staff were good, the exception being Elizabeth Magana who was rude l, disrespectful and unhelpful, who is ironically the assistant general manager!

The rooms are dated. The room we stayed in had an iron rod popping out at the base which caused an injury to one of my family members and the management of the hotel were very dismissive and didn’t bother. I have complained via email but have had zero response from the management!

Parking. But there is a lot of it. Just if you want next to the building not as many spots. A full plaza parking lot which is the Hotel.

I USUALLY TRAVEL WITH MY FAMILY TO DISNEY PARKS,IF YOU KNOW YOU NEVER SPEND MUCH TIME AT THE HOTEL ROOM SO THIS IS THE PERFECT STAY : CLEAN CHEAP AND CLOSE TO THE PARKS. STAFF WAS AMAZING,FRIENDLY ALL THE TIME. BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE THEY HAVE MULTIPLE OPTIONS (COFFE 24/7 AT THE LOBBY ) FREE PARKING THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A LITTLE PLAZA WITH MULTIPLE REST,GAS STATION AND STORE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DRIVE TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AT NIGHT TIME LIKE PIZZA HUT,KFC INDIAN FOOD, AND MEXICAN FOOD. I WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THEY CLEANING THE ROOM EVERY DAY.10/10 I TRAVEL W MY 3 BABYS AND HUSBAND.

Very close to Disney parks

The shuttle service only offered 3 or 4 options to surrounding Orlando parks. If you we were planning on going to Epcot then we would have to take there magic kingdom shuttle and then get on there Epcot shuttle service. It seemed like a hustle so we ended up taking a Uber. Way more cost effective then getting parking.
