We stayed a few hours between connecting flights after a redeye just to get some rest and clean up. The shuttle service was slow instructions on where to meet. We’re not clear. We were exhausted. Once we arrived, our room keys were keyed wrong and we could not get in and had to go back down to the desk not a big deal but again we were exhausted and wanted to get some sleep and eat. The restaurant was closed. The rundown Rusty railings, peeling wallpaper and moldings. The flooring was the lens were clean, and the bed was comfortable enough It suited our needs for a few hours, but I would never want to stay here for a full night.

The location (with shuttle pickup) was perfect for our brief overnight stay on Oahu on our way to Kona. Shuttle service and bag holding was what we needed while we spent an afternoon with a friend before continuing on our journey

No frills at low price, exactly what we expected. Great Chinese restaurant at the hotel, great service at check in and check out

The hotel was really good. We got a really good rate. The staff was really friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a restaurant, pool, really good beds, clean, lounge, patio, gas fire pit in the patio, free shuttle and a convenience store. The hotel is older but is in the process of being renovated. The show Hawaii 5-0 was filmed there.

The staff was great. The building needs TLC both inside and outside.

Location, location location! I wanted something close to the airport and it was. The bed was comfortable and they had a lounge. It's all I required and the people there were very nice.

Overpriced for a very small, very unappealing room. The vibe is more of a roadside motel. Positives: 24hr airport shuttle, bar and convenience store, comfortable outdoor patio. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was wonderful!! The hotel was close to the airport and they picked us up right away! The hotel had a little bar type restaurant with good pizza but not much else to eat however there is a little store. Hotel could use some updating! Other than that we had a lovely one night stay over.

We were looking for a no frills hotel where we could sleep, shower, secure our luggage and go exploring the island, and this hotel didn’t disappoint. We were able to do early check in ( for a fee ), get a shower after our long flight, get a few hours sleep before heading out. “The Bus” was within easy walking distance and will take you a lot of places ( recommended by the staff ) that you want to go. They also have there own shuttle to pick up and drop off at the airport, for free! It’s not the Hilton, but doesn’t near what the Hilton did. We will 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we come to Honolulu.

The Staff Front Person she was awesome very multitasking very helpful friendly awesome customer service. Housekeeper i stayed for 2 nights asked for towels set no need cleaning she spoke only Phillipine never came with new fresh towels not friendly i still left a $7 tip. Cant find parking there were weird people staying in vans at parking lot and make so much noise talking loud at 1am.

We stayed here on a short flight lay over . It was noisy and that is my only complaint. For the value this place was great . Had an airport shuttle , a pool , a lounge , and a great Chinese restaurant attached . The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was basic but had everything we needed. So happy we chose to stay here for our 12 hour layover.

Industrial area was noisy as was the air conditioning. It was loud unless it was off. No ability to regulate it. High on the wall to make temperature adjustments.

Old hotel that needs upgrades; walls, surroundings, beds are old and visibly decaying. There is pride from the staff, who are doing there best with an old building.

the restaurant closes too early. Limited bar food and staff. Overall it was a good stay.

Bed was not very comfortable. Having to wait till 3:00 to check in is tiring when you only want to get to a room to rest. Check in time should be noon. Checking in took a long time.

We tried for 3 days in hopes that someone would stop by to empty the trash bin in our room or at least give us new towels, but it never happened. We would take our own trash out each day to the trash bin located on the bottom level. First getting into our room the bath towels provided had hair on them. The laundry service for guests was very lacking as well. The building itself is extremely rundown. The cement has many cracks on walkways. The doors are not fully sealed. Causing the AC to condensate quite a lot dripping on the table and floor. The railings along walkways especially on the upper floors are damaged, rusted, or missing parts. There were sections that were zip tied together.I felt worried not only for my safety but also for the safety of the staff working there. All there is to say is it was a room with a place to lay down and wash yourself. And we had to view it as just that in the end. The pictures of the site are deceiving to the actual state of the hotel.

The picture did not represent the area and condition around the hotel, and of the hotel. They don’t show that they are now under the tram. Area felt sketchy. Room was moldy, the pool was 1/10 the size the photo makes it look.

This place is just okay. A lot of money for what it offers. They have a “resort fee” when you arrive that you have to pay extra for….even if you aren’t staying long enough to use those “extras”. The paint in the bathroom of our room is chipping in lots of areas. So this place could use some tlc. Beds were okay but pillows were hard. Shower pressure was good.

Even though the property is older, they are making upgrades. Our room was clean and had new flooring. The beds had new comfy mattresses. The only drawback is the A/C units are on the noisy side. The staff were very friendly, helpful, & professional. You can’t beat the free parking.

I liked the pool

I stayed here for one night during a layover, the check in was very easy and the staff were very nice. The room was quite outdated but ultimately worked perfectly fine for everything i needed. The area around the hotel didn’t really have much to offer but it is right beside the airport so can’t complain too much.

Area surrounding very industrial, room was clean but certainly not worth $250 a night. Very stripped down basic room. Personnel very friendly and helpful.

Staffs are very nice and friendly. Location is great, free parking. but noise is unavoidable, and a pair of earplugs may be helpful. Price sometimes plays a great deal.

Affordable and close to airport. Good pick up and drop off service. In an industrial area with very limited dining options unless you have a car.

Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. We accidentally booked a flight a day earlier and found this place. We were kind of bummed about leaving so early. They pick you up from the airport and have a really good lounge and Chinese restaurant next door.
