Will stay here again in the near future!

Had a wonderful overnight stay. Very comfortable room with big bathroom. I recommend Stevenson’s Inn and would stay again.

You should take this place offline. We’ve got a room which was smelly all over the place. We also had black must in the shower and black dirt in and on the toilette. The pillows, sheets and blankets were covered with yellow spots and smell very bad. We’ve had to cover the bed with towels to lie on the bed. And there was no heater and this place was freezing. We decided to leave in the middle of the night because we could not make it through the freezing and disgusting conditions. Around this place were a lot of trash and the pool area(even if it was closed) was absolute nasty. We would like to have our money back because that was an imposition ! Pictures are made. We have slept in a few “2 star places” in the last week during our road trip and even for half of the price the places were at least clean and warm. This place deserves not even 1 star! Absolute no recommendation.

Good value. Property is in need of better maintenance and upkeep. Room was dated but acceptably clean.

This was exactly what we were expecting for our stay on the north shore. The room was adequate and had all we needed. Yes, it could be updated, but our plan wasn't to stay in the room other than to rest and sleep. It's proximity to Incline and Tahoe City was great and we were able to walk down to the lake to enjoy the sunset.

This is a wonderful little inn to stay at. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the rooms are dated but very comfortable and it was quite at night. We would definitely stay again! Thank you guys so much!

Efficient check in processes. Has everything we need to crash for a night

First the key did not work in the door, when the door was oppened a woossh of smell that smelled of urine and mold. I went to the office to ask for disinfectant to spray on the bed and th.e bathroom. Sheets looked like they had been slepd in andjust made up. Pillows were old and flat. Mold on the floor boards. Tv was notworking no internet or wii fii

The light in the bathroom was unavailable. Too dark. The room was ok, the coffee pot was included, the heater was a bit too loud (could not adjust). Overall is fine. The owner is friendly. The location is good.

Great location. The hotel is very close to the Kings Beach and not far away to Speedboat Beach.

For the price it was a good deal. It would have been nice if the pool was heated. The manager was very helpful in pointing out restaurants to go to.

I'm opting out of this question because expressing myself to an unknown audience, of unknown size, after every purchase, seems to erode my sense of give and take in the real-world community. In other words, I'm being asked training the AI which will soon replace me.

Such a lovely place right in the heart of Kings beach and walking distance to the lake and beach. Very friendly owner and great room with kitchen. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a week. We loved the location, but truly only used it as a place to sleep. It is rundown, not the cleanest, and is not secure.

This was very run down. There was construction on the side of my bedroom at 6:45 in the morning! The pool had no water in it so we couldn't go swimming. The whole property was dilapidated

Left shortly after check in. They had no air conditioning. Extremely outdated everything. It smelled of a rotten antique store with a hint of mildew. Everything was coated in dust. Definitely a bates motel vibe. The doors and windows were missing locks. They had a sliding door to enter which was also broken. Creepy and gross, gross, gross. Extremely pricey for what you get.

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful.

Positive part : great location only 5mins walk to the lake and 8mins to kings beach. You can see sunset and sunrise and go back to hotel. There is a kitchen in our room that’s convenient. It is very cheap price compare to other lodges around. Negative part: There were so many bugs, toilet was bad, bed smelled bad and I woke up smelling weird, walls need to be painted, there was construction behind the motel during our stay.

The staff here is always nice. It may not be the fanciest hotel but the location is great, parking is included, it’s walking distance to the beach , and it’s easy to get to.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Cigarette smell in one of our "non-smoking" rooms was terrible.
