The evening before our departure, a client of the hotel's restaurant parked in our parking space. Instead of asking him to move his car the hotel staff moved us to another space which was too narrow and too low for our car. We couldn't even open the trunk in order to load our luggage.

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. I was very tired after driving the entire day so I really appreciate their help. I travelled with a dog, so I was surprised to see the eating/ drinking bowls and a sleeping place for a dog prepared in the room. Very nice! Thank you!

The hotel from the outside is very nice. Private parking lot for a decent cost. The staff was quite OK and very friendly. The room was perfect, slightly on the small side but OK. Very quiet. Nice bathroom, for once with a real wooden door. Breakfast in a nice terrace and good. Restaurant with a dinner menu not really varied but good food, even though very expensive. But definitely comfortable. Breakfast OK, but expensive.

A bit on the expensive side for what it really is. The location is obviously not convenient for downtown Freiburg (you need a car, or you must catch a tramway not exactly close by), but this you know before going there.

This hotel has everything; location, comfort, great staff, wonderful building, excellent breakfast and coffee, quiet, scenery, good price. Everything.

The old lady staff at the reception was very unpolite with a tone of command when I requested reservation of parking.

Good, professional hotel, clean rooms.

Had to park on the street as the parking lot was full. Room was quite pricey for what you get.
