The location is next to Zurich HB main train station. It is exceptionally convenient especially given the train takes 10 minutes or so from Zurich airport. It is around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town or lake. The breakfast was good. Overall a clean hotel
The rooms and hotel in general are a bit dated. The A/C in the room did not work properly and it was getting too hot. The internal courtyard is a bit noisy at night and thus can't really open a window. Lifts are very small. The bed was ok but not comfy enough

Everything. A quite impressive building situated on the main shopping street a few metres from the city's central train station. The room was spacious and comfortable. No noise from the outside though the area is busy. I would like to thank the staff and particularly Luis for their help. They were attentive, patient and absolutely helpful. The whole experience was worth the money.

Good breakfast, wide selection of items, lots of fruit and veggies. Good work area once I removed coffee making equipment. Above all the location, very close to main entrance to train station, close to shopping and old town.
I had a single room. The bed was too long for the room and it was awkward to get past it, especially since the TV protruded from the wall. It seemed as a bit too much had beenshoehorned into a small space.

The location was convenient, especially since its very close to Zurich HBF station. However, it was in a noisy neighborhood.
The room was spacious and clean. The toilet was just fine, it was however old looking with a very obviously replaced and ill fitting door.
Toilet was not up to standard.
