Beautiful well appointed room. Enjoyed restaurant and bar. We stayed one night after our flight was cancelled and were very pleased with our experience.

We normally only stay in 4/5 star hotels and we Stayed here from Friday-Monday. We were going on a cruise to the Bahamas. We had our two teenagers with us and this was Such an amazing stay! I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very modern. The staff were very friendly and professional! The room was gorgeous. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. And the front desk gentleman even helped us get a ride to the Port. The only downside to this hotel is the location is far from downtown and South Beach. So you will spend a lot in Uber’s trying to get to where all the action is. But overall, we would definitely stay here again if ever in Miami again. Giana even upgraded our room. She is truly a gem. The night time bartender was also phenomenal! Just an overall amazing stay!!! And the best part is it is affordable!!! Luxury and affordable!!!

Fabulous hotel, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, will be back

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the time you walk in the door till the time you get to your room! The standard king room was so luxurious and that bathroom!!! The restaurant, Miranda, we loved as well! The servers were amazing, we ate there for dinner and breakfast! Everyone was welcoming, the food was delicious too! If you are in Miami make sure you stay here and it’s really close to the airport….did I mention free shuttle to and from airport!

The big plus for me was the free airport shuttle which was easy to book; they also have a shuttle to the crusie port which i think tou have to pay for and book in advance. The room was spacious and the onsite restaurant was was good for breakfast and dinner. No complaints!

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room but I loved the property otherwise and the service.

Nice hotel

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were stuck in Miami due to the weather, and they provided us with robes and slippers and toiletries that made our stay a little more tolerable without our luggage.

Great place to park and fly

Nice modern hotel. Room was nice and fairly quiet even being on the airport side. We had Breakfast which was good although the service could have been better.

Everything was great. Room,Bed,Shower. Bar service. l will always stay here when flying out of Miami.

This is an amazing hotel! We loved the service, and the room was absolutely amazing and stunning. We wish we could’ve extended the stay! I’m so glad I found this property.

Great hotel and staff were very professional

The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. Communication is terrible. Their internet was out and we were told they couldn’t check us in. The girl said she would call us when we were able to check in. We got some lunch then came back and sat in the lobby. Two hours later we saw people being checked in, so I went up to the desk and was told it was still out. I spoke to a different person and he said they could check us in on the one laptop computer they had. He told the girl to check us in. If I hadn’t asked him I guess we’d still be sitting in the lobby. The TV was out until the evening. We called the desk and they said maintenance would be up in 5 minutes. A half hour later we called again and we’re told it was a hotel wide problem. It would have been nice if they had called us back to say no one was coming. There is no communication in the actual room to tell you how to work anything. The lights have a special switch to keep them on, otherwise they shut off after a few minutes. There are controls on the bed to customize it, but nothing to tell you anything about how it works. We went down for breakfast the next morning after looking at their menu. When we got there though the menu was not available and only a high priced Buffet. Apparently if you move things in the mini bar, they automatically charge you. Again, we were not told this and there is no literature in the room. This hotel would benefit by learning how to communicate efficiently with its customers.

The property had a conference room which was very convenient. It also had a restaurant which we didn't use because of the time overall it was a nice property with airport shuttle. The driver was very nice and kind

Hotel and hotel staff are awesome. Hotel is near the airport and provides a shuttle, which is one reason we booked here. Will definitely stay here again.

If you like beung harassed in the middle of the night while your sleeping this us the place for you. Someone repeatedly trying to access our room at mignight while we were sleeping. Then the front desk calls demanding to know who i am and ehy im in the toom thry gave me. The front desk apparently screwed up my check in and put in the wrong room number. Hard to sleep after any of that. Otherwise hotel is clean snd close to airport.

Over all the property itself was beautiful inside and out! The front desk staff were great and very polite. The restaurant morning staff were very judgmental it was the one and only thing I didn’t like, just because I’m not dressed in a nice suit or tux don’t mean you can treat customers differently then others. Evening bar staff and restaurant employees were good quick to help and respectful over all was a great time and loved the hotel!

Really friendly staff at the restaurant. The front desk staff - not so much. The hotel is is a bit of a barren location but the restaurant is great and the pool is great. Add in free parking and it is great. Big rooms. Clean. A great value hotel.
