Всё очень прекрасно. Как в сказке. Вид из номера на горы - это волшебство! Выходя из отеля в 15 метрах станция канатной дороги. Это удобно очень. Отель в аутентичном стиле. Номер просторный и идеальная чистота везде. Я никогда так не спала хорошо, как в этом отеле. Я влюбилась навсегда! Ресторан отеля уютный, весь деревянных, как дома у бабушки за семейным столом. Нам не хотелось уезжать. А поначалу, когда мы заказывали отель, мы не могли представить как высоко он находится. Но мы счастливы каждому пройденному метру от центра Гриндельвальда до отеля (4 километра) и готовы снова и снова приезжать туда. Спасибо за прекрасное время вместе!

Всё понравилось! Но ресторан очень дорогой, для клиентов отеля можно сделать скидку хотя бы 10-15%, ведь клиентам больше негде покушать или купить себе кофе и сендвич. Мы заказали 2 тарелки супа-гуляш, 2 бокала вина (100гр) и 1 чашку капучино = за это мы заплатили 48 €. Дорого! Но атмосфера в ресторане - очень уютная и комфортная!

Views were amazing, as up the top of a mountain. Restaurant had lovely food for whole family & again stunning views. Great to have as you needed to get last Gondola from town by 5.30pm. Room was perfect for family, as kids had a set of bunks & we had a big bed. As already up the mountain at the first stop on Grindelwalk-First, doing the Adventure Package was perfect, as had a head start from those coming up from Grindelwald CBD.

Not being able to find the Hotel at night, as Google Maps have the wrong instructions to get there. Hotel knew we had a car, also knew we were going to be late, but when we couldn't find Hotel, no one there to answer phone to help, or even send us the correct way of getting to them, prior to our visit. We had to find another bed for the night, at huge cost & then as we were staying another night with them, no compensation or discount, even after they admitted that they need to get in touch with Google to update their address, as others with cars have the same problem. Our issue was also finding in the dark, was impossible. No airconditioning or fan to cool room down, & heat of summer, was hard to sleep for whole family. Breakfast was nice, but only continental. Would have thought a cooked option, due to cost of stay. Be mindful that the last Gondola to take you back to Hotel is at 5.30pm, so if you miss it, you are in trouble.

Very nice place, clean and well equipped. the view outside is incredible. And the staff are warm-hearted:)

The hotel was excellent, location fabulous and the facilities were great. Diner and breakfast were top as well.

However, it is quite tricky to get to the hotel by car - from the village it is not easy, as the road uphill is not recognized by google maps. So we needed to us a local and the best advice he gave us was “follow the yellow trotibikes” - and doing so we go up on the top at the hotel.

The flag was hitting the flag pole. It was not possible to sleep well with the window open and listen to nature. It was a very small inconvenience. Also we had the room with a separate (private) bathroom. This was also a very small inconvenience. (There is only one room with that setup). Everything else was perfect!

OMG, this place is truly amazing!!! You can see the sunset casting its rays on the snow-capped mountains right in front of the hotel's lounge chairs. And don't forget about the night! I strongly recommend you go and witness the visible Milky Way and the countless stars in the sky. There is no light pollution here, so you can see the Milky Way clearly!!! Remember to bring your camera and tripod and get ready to enjoy the starry sky

we reached Grindelwald at 22.00. The regular route to the hotel was closed. it was dark and hilly. we contacted the hotel and his broken English he told he will send a taxi for an alternate route and we have to drive down and wait. after waiting for 2 hours and multiple calls we realised that we had to book a taxi for €90 for the taxi driver to show us an alternative route and the hotel contact thought it was normal. I was shocked and requested him to cancel as I was tired after driving 12 hrs from the Netherlands. he was rude and said I was being unreasonable. I have no words for this experience. luckily the receptionist from Pinte hotel who was on a break saw us and offered to subsidise two room with free parking and complimentary bf. my faith was restored and I was able to atleast rest for the night. attached pictures of the number of calls made
