The location was perfect.

The bed was broken which cause my friend into back pain after a night sleep! The bed sheet wasn’t clean very well which cause sensitive to my skin and itchy!! The shower wasn’t clean properly!! The glasses were full of dirt!! Not really enjoy the stay!! No respond received even we made a complaint!!

Great place, got upgraded from 1 BR to 3BR and even it's too big for 2 of us but it was really spacious, with a huge outdoor space, big kitchen. Have everything you need. But it would be nice touch if there is an Iron and iron pad, since we did not use it either. Location is very good, near to Train station, airport only 10min with bus. In the middle of everything you need for food, supermarket etc

Cheap dirty iron that stained a good shirt Needs maintenance to the apartment: broken shelf in the vanity basin, toilet roll holder nearly fallen off the wall, floor waste in bathroom not secure so a person could get there foot caught in it

The communication with the team, the check in process, the disorganised operation.

Quiet. Staff who came when i had a problem with tv..Laundry and kitchen facilities including laundry powder and dishwasher tablets. Coffee machine. Olive oil salt and pepper, paper towel. Toiletries.

No mattress protector. Pots and pans need replacing. Dining chairs rusty.. couch a bit tired. Don't advertise as 2 living rooms when one has absolutely no furniture. Too much communication that doesn't clearly help with entry etc. Be minimal but utilitarian instead.

Great location

Washing machine was broken. For three days they kept advising they were sending a technician "today". They never did. Only after booking.com got involved did they fix the washing machine. Took until 5pm of the 4th day, pretty annoying having to spend so much time chasing up a simple job while on work travel.

I had an issue getting key. I rang the 24 hr number a0nd left a message and nobody rang me back.

Was convenient and close to airport

Would be great if they have pay tv and a more comfy lounge!
