Sheets had an odour.

The breakfast was great and the location was perfect for us very central to everything.
Room service was very late in the afternoon

Uncomfortable bed and pillows.
We were in twin beds one had a large doona doubled up and the other a light blanket.
The head waiter was very rude and pushed us out of the restaurant as soon as he knew we were not ordering dessert.

Nice room, quiet enough, good food at the restaurant, shuttle available to airport but also walking distance.
Not a whole lot of space in the bar, but if full you could sit at a restaurant table.

Staff member on arrival was very friendly. Hotel is clean and well-kept.
Bathroom was awkward to move around in, room was smaller than expected. Rooms do not have mini bars as standard.

Good hotel but the room was absolutely freezing upon entry. Took quite sometime to get it to a bearable temp. That was really our only problem
