Room had comfortable Bed and TV with many Channels. I met several other Guests who were Welcoming and Interesting Persons.

Getting into my assigned Room took a while with a Happy Ending.

Room was adequate for a short overnight stay. Could hear other “residents” moving around the house and even talking in adjoining rooms.

Inadequate lighting in entrance alleyway. Late night arrival difficult to see entrance and lock. When I searched for accommodation on Booking.com the price of the room showed at $79. But when the confirm button was touched the price suddenly increased to $135 without any opportunity to stop. Not very happy about that !,

The bedroom was well kept beforehand and the house and individual rooms were fairly secure.

dirty (cockroachs on ground, windows broken (not properly fitted so water came inside & made it damp, curtain rod fell & scraped skin off my mothers eyelid (want fitted properly could’ve taken my mothers eye out)

Unfortunately the place needs some mantainance. First all off, even if the pictures show that there is the air con, it does not work at all, leaving the bedroom very hot. The mosquitos net was broken, cleaning of the bedroom very poor and especially the bathroom was pretty dirty since you have to share it with too many people. For the price it is not worthy.

Bed linens were clean.

Room, bathroom and kitchen, while not filthy, could all have been much cleaner. The air-conditioning didn't work and the room was very hot and stuffy.

Good location, convenient

1) The air con was not cold at all, fridge not cold enough, especially the freezer. 2) toilet was dirty
