Location, comfortable rooms, great views, on site carparking, pool. 20min casual walk to Surfers centre and Boardbeach restaurant strip.
Broken cupboard hinge, no sink plug, not much kitchen equipment (no chopping boards, drinking glasses) BBq not working,
Ran out of toilet paper, and reception only staff 1 hour in morning and afternoon.
All small things, but we would recommend family and friends to book here.

The apartment was a good size, two verandahs, kitchen utilities were good and plenty of crockery, reasonably close to tram stops & beach, no issues with parking spot
Excess noise day & night was terrible, it felt like there was 0 soundproofing so sleep was hard, even with the doors/window shut. No blockout curtains/blinds so sunlight came through at 05:00am.
Kitchen utilities were good but very little in the way of cooking utensils. No baking tray so bought disposable aluminum baking, no whisk/egg flip/tongs etc, cutting knives were very average. Only one bathmat, two bath towels and one hamd towel for first days.tea/coffee/sugar quite minimal considering limited housekeeping top-ups.

Good location and room was good and clean too
Nothing for the property itself however staff and information was not very good. Barely able to get in contact with any staff, very mixed messages on checking in and how to check in especially over the weekend. Was disappointed with pricing too as I booked through booking.com however wasn’t able to pay through them and had to pay extra through a different sight and that was no information about needing to pay a deposit so that was a bit of a surprise when checking in.
