The apartment, facilities, location, and the contact person. It was helpful that the owner informed us earlier about late check-in during Sabbath. I suggest adding information about which restaurant will be open during that day. Also, hopefully, there will be a solution to get into the flat earlier during Sabbath day.

We liked the price, large space, bed comfortable and location was in between Old city and train station.

The apartment was clean and modern and was very well-situated. The owners were also very obliging and easy to communicate with.

There was a mild stench in the building which seemed to stem from the plumbing. This occurred toward the end of the stay and the owner did not have time to do anything about it. This resulted from the building and therefore not under the owners' control. If not for this I would have given a 10/10 rating.

It was difficult to open the door. The soffa was broken my freind could’nt sleep on it .so we hade to move to the first floor and we didn’t have the veiw. As religious there was no “natla”to wash the hands

there is a lot of construction going on in Jerusalem right now including around the area of the property. however this hardly impacted our stay and is not the fault of the hotel. I would 100% stay at this hotel again.

The location is close to transport and nearby the train station. The staff was reactive and accorded us to arrive earlier.

There's currently a lot of construction all around the building. The apartment wasn't that clean.

We loved the location and the large beds in both bedrooms.

When we arrived the apartment was only half cleaned. The beds were made up but the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was only one bath towel and 2 hand towels. The bar soap in the bathroom dish had been used. The drawers in the bedroom had crumbs and clothes left in them and the bedroom carpet was really dirty. I called the # listed and left a message about the towels etc and they brought them to our room at 11:45 pm.

The apartment is very nice and decorated in the style we like. It is simple and comfortable. The apartment has a complete set of facilities and has everything you need. The landlord is very friendly and keeps in touch with me at all times.

Location is excellent, within 5 minutes walk of Yehuda Market with countless restaurants, shops, bars, and also within walking distance (20 minutes) of Jerusalem Old Town. There is a nice cafe/deli at the ground floor of the same building where the apartment is located. The apartment itself is quite nicely done, modern and pleasant. The bathroom is good with high-pressure shower. Cleanliness upon check-in was overall okay. The view from the apartment over the city of Jerusalem is very nice. The bedroom itself was comfortable and well noise-insulated from the outside. Did not make use of the A/C given it was cold outside, but it was there.

We booked an apartment for 6 people, we were given two 1 bed-room apartments with a sofa bed in each living room. So far so good, as it was aligned to the booking. However, neither of the two sofa beds had bedsheet available upon check-in. So this meant some of us had to sleep on the two sofa beds without bedsheet nor blankets nor duvet for the first night (we thankfully found some staff on the second day and got some from them). Sorry but this is not acceptable for a rate of 300 USD per night, the booking was clearly for 6 people and the apartment should be fitted for 6 people. One of the two sofa beds was also difficult to open, took two days for somebody to come and help. The facilities in the flat are minimal and insufficient to provide basic comfort. There is no wardrobe at all in the whole flat, only a super-minimal rack in the kitchen with 2 hangers (for 3 people!), so we had to keep clothes in the suitcase or hanging from chairs. There is no rack to dry clothes which come out a bit damp from the drier. There are no tools to do some basic self-cleaning and washing up during the stay. These are small things which would cost pennies for the landlord to supply, but would make a big difference in terms of comfort. The shared washing machine/drier in the basement of the building was dirty, the fluff filter of the drier hadn't been cleaned in months probably.

Location was not the best. The airbnb was uncomfortable; the beds were very hard and you can hear everything through the walls/windows. The wifi didn't work. The water heater took very long to kick in, we would wait up to 2 hours only to took 5 minute lukewarm showers everyday. And it did not have common amenities like there were no extra towels, toilet paper or paper towels nor cooking ingredients like salt or oil. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here. We would have been better off at a hotel for the price we paid to stay here.

Good location, perfect for walking to the old city and surroundings. Very nice rooms, comfortable, well equipped and well designed. Nice and helpful staff lady, who assisted on the phone with entering the apartment and parking lot. Good indoor parking in the building (though rather expensive in Shabbat - nis 120 per day)

We booked 2 apartments for 2 families. One was good and clean (room 206). But the other (room 102) was very dirty, with dirty floor, dust and hair in the bathroom and bedroom floor, cigarettes in the ash-tray in the balcony... To make the things worse - the bedding wasn't changed from the previous guests!!!! It was dirty and with a strong smell of someone's perfume!!!! We had to use clean towels instead of pillow-cases and we slept in clothes!!! Even our 4 year old child. There was no bedding for the extra bed in the living room. Luckily our elder daughter stayed at home and didnt go with us. Otherwise she had no bed to sleep... It was Shabbat (we arrived on Friday evening), nobody at the reception and no staff in the apartment at all!!!! So we couldn't ask for change after 6pm. It was very disappointing.

Very Nice apartment, and it within walking distance to the center. The bathroom was very nice. And the staff were easy to contact.

Beds in the bedroom were great, however, the sofa could be more comfortable. Some more kitchen ustensils would be also great.
