Hotel Best Cap Salou

• Great location, bus stop 5 minutes walk from hotel. • Staff was friendly. • Rooms were clean. • Food variety was good for a 3-star hotel. Good restaurant operations compared to sheer size of the hotel. We were happy with the stay.

• Some guests were very loud, commencing something bordering with domestic violence in their room and noone did anything with it. • Furniture is a bit outdated but suits 3-star rating. • Queues mostly before breakfast, but that was expected. • Elevators were a nightmare to use (4 elevators on what – 600 rooms?). Luckily were were accomodated in second floor so we exclusively took stairs.

Rooms were very nice with great views from the balconies. The pool and beach were great too.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff helped when we asked them anything. Kids loved the pool and the beach

The food was not great so we ate out all the time. There is no kettle in the rooms.

The location was lovely has its own beach just off the hotel poolside, the area was quiet and quaint with restaurants outside the hotel. The Mexican and route 66 are both must go to’s!

The room was not clean when we arrived we wiped dirt from the toilet, the room was not the ones advertised in the pictures they were very outdated, Food the majority of the time was fine but nothing too exciting other than the seafood night. The breakfast is terrible. All in all an okay hotel however for the price of all inclusive there it is not worth it. Staff stopped me wearing a vest top to breakfast one morning but I’d seen other residents wearing bikinis to breakfast and dinner which isn’t a huge thing but not great. After looking at other reviews it seems these are a trend.
