Lovely house. Easy checkin/out procedure. Close enough to town centre. Some interesting neighbours, but otherwise nice location. Would return without a doubt.

This property was absolutely perfect for us, it has a large well equipped kitchen and two good sized bedrooms. The bungalow is very clean and the furnishings are very comfortable. Cecile is an excellent property manager and went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible!

Beautifully appointed and bright everything perfectly clean and ready to enjoy! Excellent layout and convenient central location. Great back deck and big yard. Comfortable beds/bedding. All modern appliances. Thoroughly enjoyed our time, highly recommended.

We were here for hockey playoffs. Was supposed to be 5 nights, we left a day early to stay in a hotel. There was privacy issues with no blinds on the kitchen windows, which made me uncomfortable. When we got there, there were also no curtains or blinds covering the patio doors in the back, so the men working next door were looking into the kitchen watching me. There also was NO cable TV, although my husband is a tech guy he tried everything to stream it through our own devices, nothing. I asked the property manager if we could speak to the owner, and received a nasty response. She stated, “ I am going over the top for you, and I manage 23 properties in the Okanagan and none have cable television. I hope the curtains are good enough for you. So she went “ over the top” for the privacy and security issues we were concerned with? Getting us curtains is going over the top? She also said maybe we should stay in a hotel. I was absolutely livid. I knew we wouldn’t get a refund AND there weren’t any hotels. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO without curtains or blinds or cable TV. We had to spend a lot of time in the property due to my medical condition and it made for a long and uncomfortable stay. Extremely rude, unprofessional property manager. She took a photo of the curtains and the remote control and circled the button on the remote stating her “ handyman” said this button will give you cable. Duh, like my husband didn’t already look at that. Just her rudeness was sickening and it made the trip less than pleasant . Stay away.
