Clean and comfortable.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Heater was loud and the curtain arrangement made it impossible to both block out the light and let the heater work.

The proximity of services,food, drinks, shopping excellent 👍

I had a lovely stay at Monte Bianca inn. I arrived late in the evening and the staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me with getting access to my room.

Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Windows were open when we got there so it was really cold but warmed up quickly. Wasnt decorated but it was fine. Clean.

Don't stay here in the winter. It's supposed to be in the upper 20's tonight and the heat is either on "hot" or its on AC--no ability to set the temp. So I guess I'm supposed to keep the heat on and the window open as to not freeze or be cooked. As the units are all ground level --not feeling very safe to keep my screen door open...and again, it's 30 degrees outside ! Not very enviro conscious or kind to the guests to have to decide to freeze or cook. Thats what you get when you don't pay >$100/night. My bad. Keep looking.

I like the room, the services in the room are comfortable

Old property. Exterior light outside room was smashed, so had to unload in dark. Room was clean but old and cramped with weird layout. Bathroom very dated and small. No power outlet in second bedroom. In room coffee service was appreciated. Sufficient for quick overnight on road trip but nothing more.

Simple and cozy. Slept like a baby and those heaters work very well.

Good place for a quick overnight stay. Room was small but good enough for the one night. Room was musty, stale cigarette odor. Mold present in caulking in shower. Other than that room was clean. Refrigerator had a small freezer, perfect for freezing ice packs for the cooler

I stayed one night each two times on a recent road trip, each time in a single bed room. The rooms were clean and comfortable with really nice beds, and decent bathrooms. I found the first room small - it didn't even have a table so it was awkward to eat, otherwise I liked it. Unfortunately the second room, though a bit larger with a table, was noisy due to two factors: 1. It was at the front so the nearby railroad was disturbing. 2. The heater was very noisy. Be aware that this inn works like an Airbnb. There is no interaction with people. You check in on your phone and pick up your key in a lock box. There is no room service and if there are any problems you text to ask for help.

Comfortable bed and pillows, cozy comforter, clean towels and scalding hot water—that’s all I need in a place to stay for a night, so five stars from me. Easy check in with text/lockbox/key, good location just a short walk from downtown and reasonable prices—I’d stay here again!

The perfect place to get some rest in beautiful Mount Shasta en route down the coast!

We were only there for a quick rest on a road trip. Beds were comfortable, check in was easy and parking was very easy! Would stay here again!

The rooms are a little dated but super clean, comfy bed and great wifi. Walking distance to downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

For the price I’ve never stayed anywhere so quaint. I will be returning. The staff was kind, they were super communicative and let me check in early.

This place is so cute. Small cozy room, very clean, self check-in. In room coffee, fridge worked great. Right across the street from the best Italian restaurant north of San Francisco, Mike and Tony's.

Limited interaction with staff (online registration, keys in a lockbox). Very clean, but needs repairs and maintenance badly

The property was clean and the room was very clean with some comfortable blankets and soft towels. The location is also close to a coffee shop and restaurant in walking distance I was very pleased with this inn

It was great! The place is so cute and the best and pillows were so comfy. It’s exactly what we needed for a one night stay. Although it’s self service the owners were there to help us with anything which was greatly appreciated!
