The house is great and in a good location close to Yosemite. We did have a couple of suggestions. In the listing it says you will need to get a propane tank but the propane for the BBQ is already hooked up to the house. Also, there is no house manual most rentals have a manual as how to turn on things etc. We could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan and called about it. Someone was supposed to bring us a remote but no one ever showed up. Somehow a switch was flipped and it randomly started working. Something they could note in the binder is the bathroom shower in the basement drains slowly so when you are showering it fills up the bottom pan but by the time you are out and dried off it has drained. I could see a lot of people calling in about this. Also for a cleaning note the tracks of the doors and windows really need to be cleaned. I actually vaccumed out one because there was a huge spider in it with all of the other gunk. Speaking of spiders you might want to get the house sprayed because I killed I think 4 fairly large spiders that were in the house. I know it's the woods but, some people freak about that kind of thing. Not that you would have any control over this but, just to mention it. We felt so unwelcome on the property. One day we went to the main beach area and immediately we were asked what house we were staying in. Even though we had the pass visible in the car when we pulled up. Then people on the beach just stared at us as we set up and we said hi and no one said hi back. My kids went in the water and started splashing around and playing with my nephew. Then another lady on the beach came and asked if they could play quieter and that she was there to relax and read and not listen to kids. So we left that beach we went back to the one across from the house but, that was the vibe that we felt there the entire time. Beacause of that we would not want to book a house in that area again. I know this is not your fault but, maybe as an owner you can mention to the other owners to be nicer to others in the area.
