Cháy Mountain Retreat Ninh Bình

We absolutely loved our stay at Cháy Mountain Retreat in Ninh Binh. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by the mountains and countryside, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Even with the unpredictable weather, they were always looking out for us and offering ponchos and umbrellas whenever we were heading out. It was those little things that really made us feel welcomed and looked after. Another huge bonus was having bicycles included with the stay. Being able to simply jump on a bike and ride around the beautiful Ninh Binh countryside made the experience so much better and meant we could explore the area at our own pace. The whole atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming and peaceful, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We felt genuinely looked after from the moment we arrived until we left. If you’re staying in Ninh Binh and want somewhere peaceful with incredibly kind staff and a great base for exploring the area, we would absolutely recommend Cháy Mountain Retreat. We’d happily stay here again.

Nothing, it was fantastic

We had a wonderful stay here and were absolutely blown away by the breathtaking views. The accommodation itself was incredible, beautifully located and a real pleasure to stay in. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, which really made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was the only small downside and could have been better, but honestly, it did not take away from the overall experience. Everything else was truly excellent, and the warmth of the staff more than made up for it. We have absolutely nothing else to complain about. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

The room had a beautiful design and the the whole place has great potential.

Too bad we got the room with the private inner pool and the water was ice cold and had dirt inside,there was a lot of water coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and in the living room.The staff didn’t spoke English at all and couldn’t help us with our issues.Most of the hotel exterior was undergoing renovations and there were cement bags and shovels everywhere.Nothing is like the photos.
