Emerald was a great host. The property is in an great locations close to everything. Large 2 bedroom with large common area space! Great value and I will be back.

Nice condo. Beautiful pool and large spa. Could use blackout curtains in bedrooms since street lights are on.

The property was great. Very comfortable. The only complaint was that the beds were too soft.

The property was spotless and the area was family friendly with a playground and neighborhood kids playing in the apartment campus.

We arrived around 10 pm. Property was as described, neat, and clean. Around midnight turned down beds to find black debris resembling coffee grounds or course black pepper between sheets in both beds (2 bedrooms, each with one bed). Fearing an infestation, but too late to find new accommodations, contacted VRBO & slept in living room. We had only one day in San Diego and multiple appointments. We did not have time to pack up, search for lodging, and move. We contacted the host and requested someone inspect the beds, hoping for an explanation that would ease our concerns as we needed to sleep there again before departing the next morning. I had to interrupt my afternoon appointment to meet the man. He appeared to be shocked and could not explain the debris - nearly identical in beds in separate rooms. I requested a discount for the inconvenience and discomfot. He said he would mention my request to the owner. He brought clean sheets and I slept again on the sofa and my daughter in a sleeping bag on the floor. No discount was offered. I have made 3 calls and sent 3 email requests to Vrbo. Vrbo agents tell me that I must deal with the property owner and then close my case. I have 3 closed cases with Vrbo. I requested a discount once verbally and twice using the Vrbo app messaging system. The owner did not respond to my initial request, refused my first written request and did not respond to the subsequent written request.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! We would 100% stay here again! Everything went so smoothly and a very nice area.
