From check in to check out was great the room was quiet and the room clean, was surprised that there wasn't a "do not disturb" signs for the door. Other than that the cost of the room and the cost was fair

Your employees are amazing. Tristan and Emily were caring and went above and beyond. I was staying here because my son was in the hospital and they were so kind to me. The only thing that bothered me was we had brown water in the bathroom and the phone in the room did not work. There was no cord.

I liked that the property was clean. The uniqueness of the property was that it had a lounge and bar/dining area to accommodate guests. It also had different themes of the night, which I found very enjoyable and entertaining.

The rooms need some TLC. There was mold in the room. First spot we noticed was on the ceiling by the beds. And also the bathroom. The is a rip on the wall paper and so much black mold it was disgusting. Also it stinks like cigarettes all over. The people at the front desk were very helpful, its not their fault but someone has to change.

Water supply interrupted (apparently by the City), yet on day of check-in water in shower and basin initially ran dirty. Staff very apologetic. On day of check-out could not shower as water was muddy after the shut-off.

I selected this property due to ratings for an overnight trip. Checked via phone was easy. I was greeted by a very pleasant man at the desk. He was pleasant and welcoming. Room was pkay however shelf under the TV was extremely dusty, remote didn't work i had to go fown to get batteries. Toilet handle was broken so I had to lift top lid to pill chain to flush the toilet. I also had to get wash cloths there was only one on the room. The bathroom was very small. There was some good thing's about the room, Bed and pillows was soft. It was very quiet and getting a goodnight rest was much appreciated.

I stayed here about 2 yrs ago when the name was 4 points by Sheraton upon arrival checking in they culdnt find our reservation so It delayed our check in at least an hour which I was there for my son basketball tournament dinner and was late to that once we got to the room to put our refrigerator items in the fridge it was food already in their obviously from the previous guests (major disappointment) didn’t have time to complain so I through out the items wiped out the fridge and put our items in ….fast forward to this past weekend we got to check in with no problems this time we get to the room and the sheets and pillow cases were dirty asked to be moved and I was with no problems the I didn’t write a bad review last time because I felt I would give another chance and being as the hotel name has changed I thought it wuld be better the second time but it wasn’t so I don’t think I will be staying here again sad because my son is a sr student at university of Scranton and it’s just minutes away and it has a nice plaza rite across but there are other hotels in the surrounding area. On a good note the receptionist stafff were friendly and courteous on both shifts kudos to them

The property seemed fine but the elevator was smelling bad. The room was not maintained well. Washrooms were not cleaned properly. The garbage was not taken out from the bathroom. The towels didn’t smell fresh. I’m very disappointed with the rooms for the price they charged. Not worth it at all.

It was decent but could use some maintenance. The toilet needed to be repaired and the bed wobbled.

Do not stay here. It was bad from the get go when we opened the door to the room to find out it was already occupied. Went back to the front desk to be told they had no more king bed rooms, best they could give us was 2 double beds. When we finally get into a room it's dirty and in disrepair. The celing looked like it was going to fall down from water damage, the wallpaper was peeling, there was mold on the wall, the floor planks were lifting, one of the bed frames was broken and the other bed had a giant yellow stain in the middle of it, most of the towels were stained and there was a used bar of soap sitting on the towel rack. Since we had no other option we slept in our clothes on top of the blankets and checked out less than 8 hours after we checked in. Worst hotel experience of my life.

We picked this hotel based on the reviews and rating of 8.6. When we got there the place was full, there was bingo in the lobby and it looked like everyone was having fun. In our room were bugs. Gross. They were all over. We went to the desk immediately and asked for a refund. We were told the exterminator was just there Wednesday. That does NOT make me feel more comfortable. We left and I requested a refund

Property is outdated. Right next to a very busy road. Door did not seem secure when locked. Front desk staff is excellent. Breakfast is grab and go and includes a refrigerator and freezer with items that can be heated up/toasted. Inexpensive option for a one night stay.

An excellent hotel for the price range. Clean, quiet, nice bar and restaurant area, good exercise room, decent breakfast choices, nothing really outstanding, just did all the basics I needed well. The one outstanding attribute was the check in / front desk staff. When the person at check in told me breakfast started at 6am and I reply that since I was running the Steamtown Marathon the next day and would need to be out before then, she immediately texted her management to let them know that an earlier breakfast for runners is needed and they responded with opening the breakfast 1 hour earlier. That is outstanding service and attention to the customers' needs that is difficult to find anywhere, and especially in a reasonably priced hotel.

Condition of overall hotel & property were slightly disappointing. First room was it cleaned so had to go back & get a second room. New room was better. Breakfast was only fair and was given 2 different check out times. Stay was helpful & polite however. Room was clean

Nothing was workig. Key for the room. Tv controller n the most terrible thing is the water from shower had orange tint to the water. Dont every go back. Staff at the front doesnt was really rude unhelpful. All she does was her cellphone

Property was convenient for our visit and appears to be getting some upgrades. That being said, you can expect a few things to be out of place in appearance and be understanding of it. Our room was clean with comfy beds, linens and pillows. Normal breakfast options were available to self prepare, which I was fine with. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be the increase in rates due to a marathon that we were unaware of, nor participating in. It was $100 more this weekend compared to next. I had checked to see what was happening in the area and the only thing listed was a Scavenger hunt. The difference in rate was a little off putting but would definitely stay again.

Older property somewhat clean at first glance but not clean when you really look (bathroom tile, remotes that are corroded and wallpaper that is discolored and cracking)
