Executive suite was great clean, and very neat, roof top restaurant VI was great with good food and service.
Looks like the staff need more training, and the standard procedure should be review focused to guest privacy and comfort

The location is absolutely great. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
The lady at the reception was rather rude, her tone of voice was out of place this time around.
Otherwise, my experience has always been fantastic staying at the city blue, the staff are always super fantastic.
