I didn’t like the fact that guests of the hotel can’t use the pool or facilities unless they are Hilton members .

Excellent service and room. The design and ambiance was inspiring.

They are performing road fixes in front of the hotel.

Superb hospitality, interior design and modern facilities

Very small room(standard), toilet with see-through partition glass directly off the bedroom area and in separate space from washing basin and shower. tricky.

Fabulous interior decoration in the common areas and the room was very stylish. Great location, nice people.

The service was not to the standard you would expect for such an expensive hotel, waited such a long time for coffee at breakfast, water glasses not filled once during two breakfast sittings, asked for tea bags to be brought brought to the room and received 2 tea bags, luggage which did not belong to us was deposited in our room part way through our stay, room was described as a suite with twin beds but was not a suite in any sense of the word and did not have twin beds despite me asking twice for the room to be set up as a twin, this was not done. We were woken at 2am one of the nights by very loud pipe noise which I had to call to check whether it was a fire alarm it was so bad. I paid £800 per night and it was a really a very big disappointment for that price.
