We had a great stay with our family with pleanty of space for everyone. The host was great and even mailed us back an item we left behind. Would totally stay again!

My husband and I have lots of kids (7). As they’ve moved into adulthood, we have enjoyed finally going on vacations with all of them. Some of them now have families of their own. We’ve stayed at a lot of rental homes around the country. This place is one of the best places we’ve stayed. The view is stunning. The home comfortably sleeps everyone, not just one room with bunk beds. The host thought of everything, all the details are considered. Communication was excellent. We also really appreciate that they allow dogs. We would love to go back!

This Property was very well equipped with everything we could need!! The Kitchen had High end pots and pans and plenty of them!! there was enough silverware, dishes & glasses That we were not scrambling to was up extras in between meals. The beds were comfortable with extra soft cuddle blankets! There was nothing we wanted for. Sean and Carissa were very caring and quick to respond to all of my questions. The property management also checked in on us to ensure all was well!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property for the week. The amount of bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoor areas were perfect for gathering. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed use of the hot tub. There is one bathroom per level, just to be aware that there aren’t any en suites. Location is close to a few restaurants and a quick drive to the market down the street. We had a wonderful stay!

Had the best time! Tons of room for everyone! The pool and hot tub were awesome, swam everyday. Big deck for everyone to enjoy, sat around the fire during the evenings with our new wines from the area wineries. Kitchen has everything you need and great to have towels for the pool. Big couch downstairs with large TV for a movie night. Will definitely come back to this home!! Check in & out was super easy as well.

We stayed at this VRBO for the days preceding our daughter's wedding. We needed a lot of room and wanted a beautiful place to stay. Sean and Carissa were so very nice. Easy to work with and had a great response time. Their house cleaner was also extremely nice. She even brought a bouquet of flowers to my daughter. The house was private and had gorgeous views. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. Great place to stay!

Our family of 12 recently spent a week at the property. We had a wonderful time, but also want to give some constructive feedback. Checkin and communication with owner were good. The property is one of the few which had space for our large group and allowed pets which is a huge positive. The pool and spa were a big hit with the summer temperatures being so warm. The pool was large enough for our group of 12 to enjoy themselves without running into each other. The pool tended to get dirty towards the end of the week due to the amount of use and trees near the pool. Pool service came on Sunday just as we were leaving and I assume it was serviced just prior to our arrival. The house itself was what you would expect for a vacation rental. Pretty basic but functional. Beds were comfortable with clean linens and towels. The house was clean upon arrival. Extra propane tank for the grill was nice. Now for some constructive feedback. The deck could really use an upgrade. The patio furniture has no cushions and there is no patio umbrella. This made eating outside nearly impossible in the sun/heat. The cushions around the fire-pit area were cheap and uncomfortable. The view is becoming just a peak-a-boo view because trees are blocking a lot of it. Why not cut back some of the trees? The screws holding the deck boards down were backing out leaving exposed screw heads for you to catch your feet on (definitely a safety concern for kids). With some basic upgrades the deck could be a huge positive for this property but instead we hardly used it. The kitchen was good size, but lacks storage for your food. You basically have to put all your food on the counter tops which attracts sugar ants. The appliances are showing their age and could use an upgrade considering the premium price of this property. As an example, the oven door had problems staying closed. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything you might need, but a lot of the pots and pans were well used. We would suggest some more acrylic cups and dishes considering the floor is concrete and people wanting to take things down to the pool area. The WIFI and TV's worked great. We would suggest a simple coffee table in the living room for guests to gather around. Downstairs play area was well used and fun. Washer and dryer was a definite plus and got some use during the week. Overall, good property that could be great with a few upgrades/upkeep.

The house and pool were amazing. Contacting someone for assistance was almost immediate with a response. No complaints at all, just wish the trees were trimmed down for better views of the lake and the kitchen/dining area had shades to pull for the afternoon sun/heat.

This was the PERFECT home for our growing family - 8 adults and 3 little ones. We had a couple of friends in and out as well. The layout worked really well for us. We loved having our own private pool, with amazing views of the lake. Sean and Carissa are wonderful property managers, super responsive and care very much about their property. We all felt very comfortable in this home. Two things that would have been "nice to have" are an umbrella for the deck - the deck gets very hot midday. It would have been nice to have a little shaded area there, especially with the little kids. Also, an empty cupboard or two to store our grocery items. We had to store everything on the kitchen counters. Otherwise, all was great. We will be back!

Spectacular setting with a wide view of the lake. Smartly designed and really cool home. Pool was terrific for the hot summer days we experienced. Owner/managers seemed to really care that we arrived ok. No issues with the property during our stay.

This property is super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes & appliances. It could have used at least one unfilled pantry cupboard to put groceries in we bought as there was no place to store those items except on the kitchen counter. Overall the house was in a quiet neighborhood with good views of the lake. The house has 3 levels and very steep stairs ways so if you have issues with stairs beware...I recently had knee surgery and am still dealing with lack of bending my knee all the way but managed to navigate the stairs slowly. The biggest draw to us renting this house was having the pool and being able to bring our dogs. Over the past 20 years of coming to Lake Chelan we have rented many houses and stayed at many different locations. It's hard to find places that will allow your pets so this was a big draw as to why we were willing to pay so much for this rental for our 7 day stay. The other big for us as I mentioned was the pool. Having a private pool is quite a luxury and again the price we paid was worth it to us...but the day of our check-in I received a text from Sean indicating that the pool had a broken filter part and that it was on order. He mentioned the pool was still usable and that a pool service person would come every other day to check on the pool to make sure the pool was clean and chemical levels were good. The was alot of stuff floating in the pool as well as bugs in it & we couldn't locate any type of pool net to clean out debris that had come into the pool. I contacted Sean and he responded quickly that he would send to pool service person out the next morning. Sean and the pool service person arrived the next day and cleaned the pool with nets and added extra chlorine and also left a net for us to be able to clean out debris that blew into the pool and what not. The pool stayed moderately clean that day but lots of stuff kept collecting in the pool without the use of the pool filter helping to keep it clean. The filter part that was ordered never arrived during our 7 day stay...I understand this was not the fault of the owners nor can they control when things break at a rental house...but it was just very disappointing that we had to deal with this issue on and off during our stay. We had to use the pool net to clean the pool ourselves every time we wanted to use it as it collected bugs and tree debris constantly. For the price I paid to rent this house this issue really bothered me but what can you do.

The family had a great time at that Casa Vista Linda. There was always something to do when we were home: swimming, hot rubbing, ping pong, video games. The TVs never got turned on. Lovely house!

Lots of kitchen and serving pieces, coffee and some cleaning supplies. Great view, pool and hot tub! Location is wonderful. Walkable distance to downtown Manson (but up a steep hill). Manson offers it's own marina, restuarants, and tasting rooms. Property management/ownership was very responsive. Had no issues with check-in or getting answers to random questions throughout stay. Highly recommend!

Well appointed, beautiful views, a great pool for lounging and a huge hot tub for the 4 of us to soak in after dinner and take in the lake and Mountain View’s. We were able to bring our dogs and not feel like the place could get ruined, the floors and carpet were perfect for this. The owners were very responsive from the time we booked to when we arrived. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, awesome inside table for puzzling, we sat outside on the deck for dinners most evenings. We were only 4 people and had plenty of space to spread out. Ms pack man arcade game was so fun! Blast from the past. The little town of Manson was adorable and we tried the pizza and Mexican restaurants for two of our dinners, so good! Highly recommend this house!

We were unable to use the pool during stay our 4 day stay because the heater was broken. Property manager said it would be fixed; that it was fixed; but it was never fixed during our 4 days there. At 5PM the day before we were to check in he offered a 100% refund because of the broken heater. However if I accepted his offer I would have had to find alternative accommodations on my own with immediate availability for our family of 9. Given the timing & challenge of that task, I declined.

We had a great trip to Lake Chelan for a short girls' trip, and staying at Casa Vista Linda was perfect for us. Plenty of rooms and space for 10 of us and we took in the lake views from many of the bedrooms and entertaining spaces. Hot tub was great to have as it wasn't a very warm weekend, weather wise; but despite the rain, we managed to jump in the heated pool a few times in between rainstorms. We sure bet this home is awesome in the peak part of the summer and will definitely come back. As far as a rental, the communication and information with the hosts was extremely helpful and the home is very well cleaned and stocked with just about anything you need. Thank you for a great stay.

This property is gorgeous! Beautiful views all around! Great outdoor space with hot tub and pool. The house is beautifully decorated. I loved the bedding and decor around the entire space. A wonderful way to spend the holiday with family. The location is nearby places in Manson. The hosts were wonderful, had positive communication, and made the check-in and check-out process super easy. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

We stayed for a short Easter weekend getaway and this property fulfilled the needs of our multi-generation family. Everyone enjoyed the entertainment in the basement area and the property had enough space for our family of 10 to spread out. Wish the pool was open during our stay, but we made great use of the jacuzzi and even set up an egg hunt around the property. We enjoyed the lovely lake views and close proximity to grocery shops, wineries, and restaurants.

It was a wonderful house to spend the week with family. Cousins had a great time with lots of space to play games and amazing parks a 2 minute drive away. Many hours were spent eating outside and sitting around the cozy outdoor nook around the fire. House has stunning views and beautifully decorated. best of all every cousin and parents enjoyed their own bedroom! Each bedroom was unique and spacious. Can’t wait to visit in the summer to try out the pool!

Overall this was a great property and a unique experience at chelan. The house is in a great location and walkable to downtown manson. The views are amazing and Sean and Carissa were easy to work with.

It was a great place to stay. Had lots of space, lots of bedrooms and the hot tub with a view was awesome. We talked a lot about coming back in the summer to enjoy the pool!
