Dili Orom Hotel

Прекрасный и очень удачный оказался выбор. Во первых расположен в очень прекрасном месте, потому что можно пешком ходить и увидеть достопримечательности Бухары. Я так и сделал. И ещё рядом находится хороший кафе Минор, где вкусно готовят и не очень дорого. Зона тихая, шума нет, во-вторых, очень чистый отель, начиная даже с входа, комнаты удобные, санузлы блестят. Очень понравился завтрак, по настоящему вкусный домашний и богатый завтрак, хозяева сами готовят булки, перашки, блинчики и другое. Честно признаюсь, даже взял с собой после завтрака. Но самое главное достоинство это конечно же хозяйка отеля - добрая, отзывчивая, всегда улыбчивая и прекрасная Гюльмира!!! Она не ограничивается только как обслуживанием, но даёт очень много полезных советов для удачного времяпровождения в Бухаре. Она своим общением и мягким говором создаёт истинно домашнюю атмосферу и ауру для проживания в отеле. Желаю всего хорошего и рекомендую Дили Ором для остановки!!!

Гульмира очень душевная и гостеприимная девушка ) Хозяйка встретила, накормила и дала совет по достопримечательностям Бухары.Отдыхали с 15.09-16.09.2026 с семьёй и друзьями.

Disclaimer: Being on the short term rental business myself, I'm extremely careful of not hurting a small business with a low review, so the 5.0 I'm placing here is not mindless. Nothing to complain about the place itself but about the absurd and irritating attitude of the host. We are 2 friends traveling together who prefer to sleep in separate rooms because of sleep comfort and our online work. Therefore, we booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 3 nights. The host completely ignored this and decided to put us in one room. Arguing there was a "problem" with the other room but promising the next day she'd give us the other room we booked. We were extremely clear saying we definitely wanted that and asked her several times to keep that promise. The day after, the other room she promised to us still had a "problem"... The "problem" being she gave it to other guests. Following this, she says that "for sure" she'd give us the room the day after. And of course, we found out that was another lie. We can't fully understand why the host treated us like fools. We checked on Booking and there were indeed other rooms available for the 2nd and 3rd day. So probably she was just lazy to clean and prepare the other room for us. She indeed made a price reduction for us, but that's not the point. Being a family, small business doesn't excuse them from treating guests in such an unprofessional and childish way. I hope this host reflects on this feedback.
