The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the train station for $4. I used it because I arrived late at night and had an early train the next morning. The shower water pressure was weak, Tthe breakfast was generous and very good.

The owner and his family were the kindest people. They were so warm and welcoming throughout my stay, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. They made me dinner and picked me up from the station. His mother even packed some food for me to take on my train, which was such a sweet gesture.
The location was great, and the place was very comfortable overall. Plus, there’s a very cute cat who lives around and might pay you a visit at night. I would happily stay here again if I’m ever back in Bukhara. ❤️

The breakfast was the best one which i had in Uzbekistan. Fruits, jam, tea, coffe, breads etc etc. We had a train very early so that we could not be able to eat our last breakfast there so they prepared us a breakfast with a bag to take with us. This was so kind. Also air conditioner and other room facilities was very good. Location was excellent.
There was a road working area in front of the property so that it was very laudy. However, it seems like this is only a seasonal issue

the location was very good. the breakfast was abundant and tasty. they let us leave the baggage, which was very appreciated.
the bathroom was not superclean. the windows are positioned on the garden where everyone from the guesthouse can walk by and they are (obviously) transparent, so we had to keep them covered
