Staff were amazing and so good with the children, very accommodating. Most areas were very clean. The food was good. Lovely location.

There are areas that need renovating. There were a number of broken tiles around the pools that posed a hazard. Some of the areas on the children’s water slides were not working and one slide was closed for the entirety of our stay. At times the staff in East seemed stressed and a little distracted. But overall they were amazing.

We were moved around 2 rooms because of multiple issues in the rooms. The Evening buffet had poor options for kids. Many of the surrounding tables complained to each other about the lack of options, not many knew they could speak to the team and arrange (on demand) other options for the kids. We’d stayed here in August and the breakfast and dinner options were plenty and they’d change daily - they also didn’t have any pork options (like they did in Aug) now in October. They don’t really change up much of thr menu daily, like other hotels, which is a tad disappointing. The staff are pleasant and friendly, so they will try and help as best as they can.
