Although they were not aware about Expedia BIP platinum members, bit they gave what ever I asked for it.

We had a perfect overnight stay at the Rubens in a beautifully decorated standard double room. We visited Buckingham Palace and then indulged in a delicious afternoon tea at the hotel. Breakfast next morning was excellent and served at an appropriately five star standard. The hotel is in a great position for suitably royal visits as well as other great London locations. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.
