Great service. Great problem solving. Good food. Room was great other than it’s a glass wall between the bedroom and washroom so at night the washroom light lit up the bedroom waking my spouse. But all made better by the close by London Tower Castle & Bridge! Walkable eats & drinks. Great spot.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Very walkable to all the best places in town. The tube was only a 1/2 block away.
