This hotel is superb! The staff is very friendly - they come down stairs to help bring your luggage up or down to the front door. The breakfast is wonderful and rich in varieties. The room is very clean. The hotel location is so good that you can walk in the old town to almost every where! Enjoyed my stay so much!

The hotel is in a great location. The directions for how to drive to it could perhaps be clarified a bit, with some more specificity on where to arrive close to the hotel. The staff were fantastic. Friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast, and we were able to party in the lounge with our friends (traveling companions). A truly delightful hotel in a bustling part of town!

In the heart of Palermo. A real classic quality hotel. Busy city life was right outside the door. Friendly and service minded staff. We loved it and we will come back.
