Great place to stay. Very friendly, helpful staff. No lifts, staff helped with luggage to rooms and garage. Beds very comfortable. Great view from our room.
Breakfast and evening meals with plentiful choice.
Conveniently situated for Penzance centre and Newlyn.

The hotel looks a wee bit tired but the location is excellent. The views over the bay are stunning and you have direct access to the south west coastal path. There was a problem with our room but we were moved to another room. The room decor is lovely. Staff helpful and friendly

We had a great stay at the hotel and really appreciated the secure garage. The staff were very helpful, the breakfasts were great and we would definitely stay again on a future visit to lovely Cornwall. The only thing that could be improved is the piano in your office definitely needs tuning!
