We recently stayed at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen and loved every minute! Having visited many Mexican resorts, I can confidently say this is the best one yet—we were already planning our return before we even checked out.
The service is top-tier. We felt pampered and special thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. A special shout-out to the 24/7 Nespresso shop team, especially Oriel, for the best coffee and treats. We also loved the thoughtful details, like poolside mangoes on a stick and local sweets around the resort.
We celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday, and the staff ensured it was perfect. From surprise gifts in her room to an incredible birthday dinner at Cielo—thanks to our wonderful server, Fernando—the experience was flawless. A huge thank you to Angelo, the concierge, for making her day so memorable.
The animation and kids’ club teams were the highlight of our trip. Our children were constantly engaged with fun, creative activities like face painting, crafts, and games. They loved it so much they begged to go!
Thank you to everyone at the resort for your hard work. You truly created an unforgettable family experience!

Excellent resort for the family! Everything was kept so nice and the food and restaurants were fantastic. We especially loved the Hibachi and Mediterranean dinners. The coffee, smoothie and ice cream areas were visited frequently by our children. The concierge (Emmanuel) associated with our room was so helpful. We would definitely return to this resort when are back in Playa.
