This is by far the best hotel in shibuya if you are a first time Japan traveler or a frequent visitor. The staff is very welcoming , they speak many languages , and can help navigate anything needed.

I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast had good variety, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is right above the Shibuya Station - one of the main hubs in Tokyo. It is in the heart of Shibuya and Tokyo. Location was just perfect. You can walk everywhere, Uber or subway or by foot. The staff are amazing. Excellent service and hospitality. The hotel is new, modern and has all amenities. Ideal hotel to stay in,
