Loved our stay here. The staff was so awesome to us. You get free, Sake! The rooms are huge compared to Tokyo. It’s in a great area walking distance to a lot of food and bars.

Room was very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. No laundry on site, but one is nearby. 10-15 minutes walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Had a great stay at Alza Kyoto Hotel. The room is very large and nicely decorated, the hotel is well located in Gion but in a quiet area. Breakfast is very conveniently served in the room, although more “Western food” breakfast options could be offered in the Western menu. The staff was very nice and friendly, and very helpful also with our toddler. Really great place
