This place has everything you need including AC. It's a block from the train station. I stayed there alone as a woman and I felt safe. However, the elevator is a bit tricky so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. I loved it and would stay here again.

Room was adequate. Building is in a part of town very close to main train terminal which is very convenient but somewhat ‘sketchy’. I did not feel particularly vulnerable but if you are a nervous solo traveller I would avoid. Also the 9.30 am check out time is too early and I am not convinced that the €30 late night check in surcharge was clearly communicated when i booked via Expedia. However the plus was that it did have air conditioning(!) which was important on a 36 degree July day/s and overnight temperature in high 20’s
