Quality Aparthotel Nice

Grandeur de la chambre, très bien équipée (studio), télé avec canal +,petit déjeuner très complet, possibilité de parking.

La localisation est absolument parfaite : une grande épicerie Super U à la porte à coté, tous les transports sont aussi à proximité, accessible à pieds et d'une facilité déconcertante ! Gare de train : Nice Riquier, terminus de bus : Vauban et station de tramway : Saint-Roch. Facile d'aller passer une journée dans les villes environnantes (cannes, Antibes, Menton etc.), retour à l'hôtel puis aller souper dans le Vieux Nice. Pour ceux qui souhaitent se déplacer et faire moins de plage, c'est parfait. La Coco Beach est à 35 mins de marche ou 35 mins de bus. Le personnel est très courtois, disponible. Notre accueil a été rapide et très sympathique. Au 5e étage, les chambres vue piscine = 100% silence et tranquillité. Les photos sont très fidèles aux lieux, nous avons eu exactement ce que les photos démontrent, c'est très neutre, mais relativement neuf et très propre.

Selon les termes, nous avions droit à un ménage à mi parcours (FAIT!) et un changement de serviettes aux 2 jours, c'est cette synchro qui a été plutôt manquée. Nous avons dû faire appel à 2 reprises / 4 pour obtenir ce service, que nous avons eu entre le jour même et le lendemain. Le remplissage du papier hygiénique est aussi au très strict minimum, nous avons dû aussi en demander. Les pompes de savon (douche, lavabo salle de bain et lavabo cuisinette) étaient vides à notre arrivée et après demande de service, ont été remplies à moitié, la cuisinette a été oubliée.

The location was fine, the room was a good size. Basic kitchen but fine for what we needed. Shower was a good size.

To call it a hotel is a stretch, it’s more like self catering apartments. We stayed for a week and were told that after two nights a “light cleaning” would be provided which never happened. We were given 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper (the half being what was left on the roll after previous guests) and when we asked for more, the woman at reception asked why and shook her head. We used the kitchen and after a few days with no “light cleaning” we asked the man at reception if we could have someone come change our bins he told us they don’t do that and we were to take the service elevator to where they store the bins to get rid of them ourselves. Would not have been an issue if we were told this from the beginning but we were not. Breakfast was poor, we had to chase someone down to order eggs every morning and they were very slow to replace food that ran out (crepes, bread, etc.). This would be fine if there was a lot of choice but there was very little do it left us very limited. We also had breakfast at a range of different times and it didn’t matter how early or busy it was, the same problem occurred.
