Nada, todo fue excelente

My stay at this hotel was excellent, and I want to highlight the outstanding service and support I received. The staff went above and beyond from the very beginning. They helped me purchase discounted tickets and also process the payment without the extra fees charged by the app, which was incredibly helpful. They also shared amazing insider tips about what to visit in the National Park, including the best routes, timing, and photo spots — truly golden advice that made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable. The room was wonderful: spacious, very comfortable, spotless, and the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the mountains. And a lovely touch: the tea they serve is amazing - a small detail that made the experience feel warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Zhangjiajie.
