Hotel Vittoria

Such character in this hotel! Charming. Polite and helpful staff. Great dinner location recommendation. Best breakfast buffet of any hotel we stayed at. Much appreciation.

Room was pretty cramped. I struggled to find enough space to get my suitcase opened.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vittoria. The hotel is charming, elegant, and has an authentic boutique feel. The location was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the lady who took care of my room, she did an excellent job every day and kept everything spotless. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The wish the room was a bit bigger.

Ein sehr charmantes Hotel mit einem sehr eigenen Stil. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, die Betten waren bequem, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Man kann von hieraus bequem die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Most of the staff were very polite. Location was the biggest draw for us.

The shower dripped constantly and the room was too hot. Tried in vain to get the air conditioning working with 50% success. The whole hotel is very dated and dont bother about the breakfast as it is uninspiring and cold. When we said the eggs were cold we were confronted with abuse from a member of staff. The other member of staff was very quick to apologise. Really overpriced and can't believe it has 4 stars. Luckily we could walk around the end of our bed because in some rooms the end of the beds is against the opposite wall to the headboard. So you would have to climb over the bed to get to the other side.
