We chose this property because of its close proximity to Peterson SFB (it was!!) and the reviews posted. Communication from the host was excellent. Overall the inside was clean upon arrival. I did have a few suggestions/improvements that could be made and I relayed these to the host immediately after we checked out. A little more attention to detail would be a plus. We did not have any issues while staying the two weeks so had no reason to communicate during our stay. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. Good washer and dryer. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was plenty of parking behind the unit. The area had lots of stores for shopping. Walmart was 5 minutes away. All the attractions in the Pikes Peak area are a 20 to 30 minute easy drive. A few minor negatives would be wifi was off a few times. Nothing was loading on our phones Could be a problem if you are working remotely. Although no issue for us, if you have anyone with mobility issues the bedrooms are upstairs with full bath. If I remember correctly, listing doesn't mention this. Also we thought the tub was slippery. Even we were always cautious when getting in and out. Just my thoughts,

Everything was great! Excellent location, comfortable, clean, and everything we needed for our family of four. The first night dinner ingredients were a very nice touch! Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Updated and clean on the inside. Well stocked for just about everything. Appreciated the spaghetti meal. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hosts were very communicative and check in/out was easy. Close to a Walmart and places to eat.

It was clean and comfortable. The discription did not indicate that the main bathroom was upstairs. We had a person in our party that was unable to climb the stairs. A member of our group also developed an allergic reaction to something in the house.
