Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
Located right on Cocoa Beach Pier, our stunning light and sparking dream house with the heated pool is waiting for you! This updated kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new flooring. Great for family! Includes a privacy fenced backyard with heated pool and outdoor patio area.
Eight minute walk to Cocoa Beach and Pier! You'll fall in love with this beautiful place!
And to be perfectly clear, the property doesn't have a hot tub, if you see one, most likely is a glitch with the VRBO System. Thank you for your understanding.

Great house in great location. Close to beach and quiet neighborhood. House is spacious and convenient to everything. Easily accessible and no stairs. Pool was awesome and kids loved that. Had WiFi issues entire time as well as TVs trying to maintain connection. If you got a bunch of kids which i did with phones and devices you may want a backup plan for this. That was my only complaint. Great house, great location, and great host. Plenty of great places to eat all around this location as well as good shopping. Beach is like 5 minute walk away.

If you’re reading this review, you truly need to consider a stay here … we stayed a night prior to our Disney Cruise and from the time of booking to the time we left the host has been wonderful and communicating with me from answering our silly questions & more. It is a very large home for a large group plus very clean, beautiful pool area. Can’t say enough about our stay!!

Awesome rental property! The whole house is extremely well stocked and the pool is amazing! The host was very responsive and the location on the space coast is central to so many activities. 5 stars!
