Private porches with access from the master bedroom and living room provide the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the salt air. Apartment was cute, clean, and just the right size for a group of 4. Beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic. The boardwalk to the beach was 20 steps from your door/car, with Chiringos and Red Bar steps frm the back gate. Aside frm the one trip to Publix and Rosemary Beach, you can easilyyy bike to coffee, pizza, a handful of restaurants, little grocery mart, and don’t need to move your car. Would happily rent it again and plan to do so as we love grayton beach. **put 5stars with “contact w/prop manager”, but never had to contact them so it may/may not be accurate.

Very nice condo. Great location and easy walk to beach. Nice outdoor balcony space with comfy daybed. Would recommend.
